Product Usage Instructions:
1. Download and Install Software:

Download the software from the official website or find it on
the storage card for installation. -
Double click to open the software.

In the settings, select the corresponding WiFi connection.

Open Piocreat_Print and load the file. Select the file for
printing.
2. Model Management:
-
Add a new printer by selecting the printer and nozzle diameter,
then click to add the printer. -
Manage the printer settings by entering the configuration
interface and adjusting related configurations.
3. Consumables Management:
-
Add materials by entering the material list, selecting
materials, and clicking next. -
Manage materials by entering the configuration interface and
adjusting related configurations.
4. Model Slicing:
- Import a model and click to slice for G-code preview.
5. Off-line Print:
-
Generate G-code and save the file to a U disk. Insert the U
disk for printing. -
Refer to the slicing software manual on the U disk for detailed
instructions. -
Avoid inserting or removing the U disk during printing to
prevent issues.
6. Start Printing:
After selecting a file, start printing and adjust parameters in
real-time.
7. Operation Guide:
The operation guide provides information about temperature
settings, model preview, Z-axis offset, print time, and control
options.

Q: Can I print files from subfolders on the U disk?
A: No, saved files can only be copied to the root directory of
the U disk, not to subfolders.

Linear slide maintenance: When the machine is in use for about 3 months, the
linear slide block needs to be supplemented with lubricating grease once. The
grease can be injected into the slider with the aid of a grease gun from the
grease nipple attached to the slider. Lubricating grease is suitable for
occasions where the speed does not exceed 60m/min and there is no requirement
for cooling. It is recommended that customers use lubricating oil with an oil
viscosity of about 32-150cst to lubricate the linear slides; 3
60m/min,32-150cst Screw maintenanceWhen the machine is in use for about 3
months, the screw needs to be supplemented with lubricating grease once. You
can use ordinary brushes or tools that can lift grease. The lubricating grease
is suitable for occasions where the speed does not exceed 60m/min and there is
no requirement for cooling. It is recommended that customers use lithium soap
grease with a dropping point not lower than 258. 360m/min, 258
