Before You Start

  • Please read all instructions carefully.
  • Retain instructions for future reference. 1 Separate and count all parts and hardware.
  • Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
  • We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
  • Always place the product on a flat, steady, and stable surface. Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

DO NOT COVER THE CONTROLLER ONLY THE HEATING WIRE AREA IS HEATED

General Instructions

Thanks for purchasing this new massage table warmer. Before first using your new table warmer, it is important that you should read all instructions carefully, even if you are familiar with the appliance.

  1. Your massage table warmer should be placed directly on the massage table with the power lead near the upper body.
  2. Ensure that your table fits your message table warmer.
  3. To attach the table warmer to the massage table, follow the instructions below titled “How to Secure your Massage Table Warmer.” Keep your massage table warmer fiat and avoid unnecessary wear by crumpling.
  4. The Table Warmer is sized to give even, all-over warmth for the remainder of the massage table surface. The table warmer should not be tucked in at the sides.
  5. When securely attached to the massage table, connect the plug to the power point and switch on. The fiexible core and switch must be kept outside the massage table and away from open windows or exposure to moisture.
  6. We recommend that the cord switch is set to the higher position for half an hour before use and then can be turned down to the low setting or off altogether depending on your requirements while using the massage table.
    KEEP YOUR TABLE WARMER FLAT AND FULLY SPREAD OUT WHEN SWITCHED ON. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL CAUSE OVERHEATING.

How To Secure Your Massage Table Warmer

  1. Place the table warmer on the massage table.
  2. The table warmer should be firmly secured to the massage table using the provided elastic bands.
  3. Must only be used with the original controller, using controllers from other massage table warmers may damage your product.
  4. Used only as an under blanket.

Overheat Safeguard System

All Massage Table Warmers come filled with our overheat safeguard system. This safeguard system offers protection against overheating or damage to the element by disengaging the power to the heating element before any over heating hazares occur.
IMPORTANT
Check daily that your table warmer is flat, fully spread out and secured before switching on.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL CAUSE OVERHEATING. OVERHEATING WILL ACTIVATE OUR OVERHEAT SAFEGUARD SYSTEM, THUS LEAVING THE TABLE WARMER INOPERATIVE.

  1. Use as an under blanket only.
  2. This table warmer is not recommended for use on an adjustable bed. If it is used on an adjustable bed, check that ii cannot become caught.
  3. Make sure that the heating area (element) on any side of the massage table does not hang over the edge of the table; and that the instructions are read carefully before using the table warmer.
  4. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or elderly persons without supervision. For human use only, not pets.
  5. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  6. Prolonged application at the high setting can result in skin burns.
  7. Do not tuck in.
  8. Do not use tucked or folded.
  9. Keep the control unit away from an open window.
  10. Do not use pins-they may damage the electric wiring.
  11. Be sure that this table warmer is used only on an alternating current supply circuit of the proper voltage.
  12. The supply power core and switch must be kept as far as possible from the massage bed.
  13. Do not switch the power on if the table warmer is wet or in a folded stale.
  14. Switch off at the power outlet and remove the plug when your table warmer is not in actual use.
  15. This table warmer must be kept in a fully spread condition at all times during use to avoid overheating. II is imperative that the table warmer is frequently inspected to ensure that the table warmer is well maintained.
  16. Bedclothes should not be folded back when the table warmer is switched on. Do not leave heavy objects on the massage table when the unit is turned on, e.g. folded blankets, or suitcases.
  17. Arrange the table warmer so that it is not beneath pillows and bolsters.
  18. Persons suffering from bed-wetting should not use this massage table warmer.
  19. If any abnormality or defect in the operation of this table warmer is observed, discontinue its use immediately and consult the manufacturer or the supplier regarding its repair.
  20. The table warmer should frequently be examined for signs of wear, either of the blanket, controller the power core. If wear is visible, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and maintenance. Servicing, by law, must be undertaken by a qualified and registered person.
  21. It is recommended you follow instructions for localized soiling if a small amount of soiling occurs.
  22. The table warmer must not be used over or under a water bed.
  23. You may notice a blue flash in the switch when it is moved from one setting to another. This is NOT dangerous and it is only the copper parts making contact.
  24. We recommended that your table warmer be inspected by a qualified and registered person after three years of use.
  25. When storing, fold it neatly but not tightly (or rolled) without sharp bends in the heating element and store it in a place where no other objects will be placed upon it.
  26. Avoid pressing creases into the appliance.
  27. This appliance is for domestic use only. Not intended for use in hospitals.

Compulsory Warning
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be discarded.
Recommended Cleaning Instructions Treatment for Localized Soiling: Switch the unit off and unplug. The area affected should be sponged gently using a natural wool detergent or mild soap flakes with lukewarm water, followed by two sponges with clean lukewarm water. Lightly compress the treated area between two towels to absorb excess water, and spread out flat to dry in a shady area. This table warmer should not be hung to dry. The connections to the blanket should be kept free of moisture as much as possible.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

  • DO NOT discard the box/ original packaging.
  • In case a return is required, the item must be returned in the original box. Without this, your return will not be accepted.
  • Take a photo of the box markings.
  • A photo of the markings (texl) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
  • Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
  • A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is\ damaged.
  • Send us an email with the images requested.
