Product Usage Instructions

3-Pepper Ingredients:

  1. Combine Mama Lil’s peppers, roasted red peppers, Calabrian chiles, capers, and Kalamata olives in a small bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients well and set aside for later use.

Chicken Ingredients:

  1. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the pan.
  3. Place 4 chicken thighs in the pan and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken and lightly brown the bottom side for about 1 minute.

  6. Place the chicken in the oven for 8 minutes.
  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and evenly top with the prepared pepper mixture.
  8. Return the chicken to the oven for 2 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
