Class Title: Embroidery Club, Flower Zipper Clutch- CDA

Date-Time: January 20, 1:30-4:40pm Class Fee: $25

I will supply the design and instructions.

Supplies Needed:

1. Fabric A- Outside Back Piece- cut [1] 71/2” X 81/2”
   Borders Pieces 2&3-cut [2] 71/2” X 21/2”
   Main Fabric Piece 1-cut [1] 71/2” X 71/2”

2. Fabric B- Lining Back–cut [1] 71/2” X 81/2”
   Lining below zipper-cut [1] 71/2” X 81/2”
   Lining above zipper-cut [1] 71/2” X 21/2”

3. Fabric C-F Flower Petals-cut [1] 21/2” X 41/2” each. Total of 4 petals.

4. Flower Center G–cut [1] 3”X 3”

5. Batting 8” X 9”

6. 1- 9” zipper to match the main fabric. Note: not a metal zipper.

7. Cut away stabilizer

8. Tape

9. Thread to match your main fabric, thread to match your petals color, and Black thread to finish.

Prep:

Cut all fabrics to sizes. If you are making a smaller clutch these cuts will work. If you want to add a strap to your bag, you need 2 D rings and the strap fabric. Also 2 swivel clasps.

Working embroidery machine and all other notions needed. If you have questions, feel free to call me.

Please be sure you can thread and use the basic operations of your embroidery machine and it is in good working order before class. If you are having problems with using your machine, please call the store and make an appointment before the class.
