Tips for safe driving
When using the scooter, please learn and follow local laws and traffic regulations, drive in a civilized manner,pay attention to people and things around you to avoid accidents;
-
Ride at a speed that is safe for you and others in appropriate places. Keep a safe distance from pedestrians and vehicles and be ready to stop at any time;
-
Respect pedestrians’ right of way so as not to scare pedestrians, especially children. When riding behind a pedestrian, ring the bell to warn the pedestrian and slow down when passing. Pass from the left as far as possible, while facing a pedestrian, keep to the right and slow down;
-
If there are many pedestrians, be sure to slow down. Driving at high speed through crowds can be dangerous;
-
When riding your scooter with other people, keep a proper safe distance, avoid hazards and obstacles,
and do not ride side by side unless there is enough space to pass; -
Do not park the scooter in a place where it blocks the passage of pedestrians;
-
Do not ride in poor lighting. If required, slow down, be careful and turn on the lights to ensure sufficient visibility;
-
When riding, keep your body relaxed, shoulders back and stay focused;
-
Do not ride without holding the handlebar or holding on to it with one hand;
-
Please check the condition of the front and rear brakes before driving. It is recommended to regularly check and adjust the brakes.
ATTENTION! Do not make sudden sharp movements or turns while riding at high speed, which can easily cause a fall or injury due to loss of balance. This is a dangerous habit that is the main cause of most accidental falls and balance-related injuries.
Storage conditions and maintenance
-
Please clean your scooter in time after use to maintain the best performance;
-
A soft cloth moistened with a little water should be used to wipe the surface of the scooter;
-
A home shower or garden sprinkler (water pressure below 1 MPa or 145 psi) can be used to wash the tire.
After the tire is washed, it should be kept dry as soon as possible and put in a ventilated place to dry so as to avoid corrosion of certain steel parts; -
Avoid getting water into the charging interface of the scooter and the USB ports on the smartphone holder, otherwise serious malfunction or failure may occur;
-
If the stains on the scooter body are difficult to wash off, smear them with vehicle-appropriate soap, and then wipe them with a damp cloth;
-
When the scooter is not used, try to keep it in a dry and cool place. Avoid long-term storage outdoors. Exposure to the sun and very hot/cold ambient temperatures will accelerate the aging of the scooter’s appearance.
ATTENTION! When cleaning, make sure the scooter is turned off and fix the
rubber cover on the charging port tightly! Otherwise, electric shock or
serious malfunction may occur. It is strictly forbidden to directly wash the
scooter with a high-pressure water gun or soak the parts of the scooter in
water, which may cause water vapor or water to accumulate in the scooter,
resulting in serious and permanent malfunctions.
Do not use alcohol, gasoline, gas, acetone or other corrosive, volatile
chemical solvents to clean the surfaces of the scooter, as these substances
may damage the external and internal structure of the scooter.
Maintenance of the rechargeable battery
The rechargeable battery is the scooter part that needs the most attention. A
battery that is used correctly has a longer life. To extend the service life
please follow the tips below for regular check-ups and maintenance:
- Please try to store the battery in a dry environment at a temperature between 15° C and 20° C. High and low temperatures can affect the battery life. High humidity can cause condensation, or even water, to appear in the battery, which can lead to rapid battery damage. Do not use or store batteries at temperatures below -20° C or above 50° C;
- Read the notes on the battery label carefully and follow them.
- In daily use, try to avoid completely discharging the battery. If there are only 1 or 2 bars left on the dashboard,charge it as soon as possible. Try to fully charge the battery after each use of the scooter. Frequent charging does not harm the battery and does not affect the service life, but using the battery in a nearly discharged state for a long time will seriously affect the capacity and service life of the battery.
- If the battery is not used for a long time (more than 180 days), try to keep its charge within 40-50%. This will help conserve capacity and extend battery life.
ATTENTION! The battery should be charged in time to avoid charging when
the charge is used up, otherwise it will be damaged due to excessive discharge
(not covered by warranty). Do not disassemble or replace parts of the charger
without authorization.
Try not to carry the charger with the scooter.
Regular check-up
Besides the battery, other parts also need regular maintenance, which helps
keep the scooter running optimally and can eliminate some potential safety
hazards in time. Except for fixing screws, replacing tires and protective
fender, there are no parts on the scooter that users can repair themselves.
Please do not disassemble the scooter yourself. The company is not responsible
for any damage, malfunction and property/personal damage caused by
unauthorized disassembly. If you have any problems that you cannot solve,
please contact us or your retailer.
General restrictions and safety
Using the product after the end of its service life
The service life is 5 years, but it may be limited depending on the operating
and storage conditions. This does not apply to parts of the device that have
significant wear conditions of mechanical units. Battery life is 1 year or 500

is over 10% per year. For longterm storage, charging the battery up to 40-50%
and storing it at a temperature of +5° C is recommended to reduce battery
degradation. To prevent battery failure, it should be charged only at a
temperature of +20° C. Do not leave the battery completely discharged for a
long period of time, as this can lead to a significant loss of total capacity
or failure of your battery, which can cause significant material damage to
you. In case of violating the rules o f operation, the actual service life of
the device may be reduced. When the product service life expires, it is
advisable to contact an authorized service center to carry out preventive
