Product Overview

How to Use

Step 1
Soak the filter in a clean bowl for 5 minutes. Note: The new filter must be fully soaked before the fountain is turned on; otherwise, water may not smoothly disperse through the filter and cause spillage. Step 2
Open the cover by lifting the handle. Step 3
Install the pump by aligning the four mini suction cups of the pump to the four points of the water bowl. Step 4
Put the soaked carbon filter in the filter housing and close. Step 5
Fill the bowl with water between “Min” and “Max”.
Note: To prevent spillage, do not add water above MAX level. Step 6
Install the silicone spout. Note: Ensure that the pipe of silicone spout is connected to the pump outlet.

Install the silicone plug for fixing pump cable. Step 8
Put back the cover to form a seal. Step 9
Connect the charging cable and pump cable. Step 10
Connect the adapter to the power supply.

Maintain Instructions

• Clean the pump by following steps weekly. Refer to the cleaning video on “Quick Access” page QR code.

1. Pull apart the pump cover from the pump and take out the four small parts in turn.
   Note: The Magnet Impeller could be hooked out by the hook of the Impeller Cap2

2. Soak the Magnet Impeller with water.

3.  Replace the black pump sponge.

4. Put back the pump parts.

• Clean water bowl and fountain cover weekly, it is recommended to use toothpaste, detergent, or soap to clean the fountain.
• Use 100% vinegar to clean the Magnet Impeller if it has calcified material.
• Replace the white carbon filter and black pump sponge weekly.
• Keep the water level above the pump, as the pump will fail if it runs without water.

Troubleshooting

soaked, please soak the filter in a clean bowl (not in the water fountain bowl) for 5 minutes before the first use.
The pump stops working.| 1. Fill in water between MIN and MAX, the pump will fail if it runs dry.
2. Clean the pump, water bowl, and drinking basin.
How often should l change the fitters?
Where to get them?| It’s recommended to repiace the white filter and black pump sponge weekly.

Why do I need to soak the filter before first use?| The fitters absorb more water (and therefore Clean more water) when they’re wet and expanded. Soaking the filter removes particulate matter that may have settled on the filter.
Why do l need to clean fountain with toothpaste, detergent, or soap?| This will clean the fountain more thoroughly and reduce the mold.

Important Notes

The Pet Fountain and Your Environment
If you live in a humid environment and have problems with mold or algae, soak all fountain parts in a diluted vinegar solution (20% White Vinegar and 80% Water) for 10 minutes after regular cleaning. Also, pour the diluted vinegar solution into the motor cavity. If you have hard water, small white mineral deposits may form on or inside the Pump, This can eventually prevent the Impeller from turning properly. To avoid replacemenf or damage to the Pump, please take the following precautions:

• Clean the Pump more frequently,
• Clean the Pump with a diluted vinegar solution weekly.
• Use bottled water instead of tap water.

General Tips
Once you’ve chosen a Pet Fountain, set it up in a prominent area of your home, It’s best to set the fountain up across the room from any food dishes.
After beginning operation of your Pet Fountain, simply allow your pet to adjust at his or her own pace. Don’t remove your cat’s previous water source right away. Cats sometimes need to warm up to new things for a bit, so it’s important that your cat can still go back and get water from her old dish if she wants to. Once you see your cat reliably drinking from the Pet Fountain several times per day, you can remove the old bowl.
Add ice cubes to the bowl for refreshing, ice-cold running water!
Important Recycling Advice
Please respect the Waste Electrical and Electonic Equipment regulations in your country. This equipment must be recycled. If you no longer require this equipment, do not place it in the normal municipal waste system. Please return it to where it was purchased in order that it can be placed in our recycling system. If this is not possible, please contact the Customer Care Centre for further information.
Warning

• Please add water immediately or stop using in the event that the water level of fountain is lower than the water pump.
• Please keep the fountain away from socket and make sure the adapter and socket are higher than fountain to prevent them from water.
• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when an appliance is used by or near children.
• To protect against electric shock, do not place Power Cord or plug in water or other liquids.
• Only use attachments sold by ORSDA store.
• Do not use outdoors. FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
• Do not unplug by pulling on Power Cord. To unplug.grasp the plug, not the Power Cord.
• Do not operate any appliance if it has a damaged Power Cord or plug, or if it is malfunctioning or has been damaged. Call Customer Care Centre immediately for further instructions.
• For a portable appliance-To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not place or store an appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink..
• Always unplug any appliance when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning. Never pull on the electrical Power Cord to remove the plug from the wall outlet.
• Do not use an appliance for anything other than its intended use.
• If the plug of this device gets wet, turn off the electricity to that outlet. Do not attempt to unplug.
• Examine this appliance after installation. Do not plug in if there dis water on the Power Cord or plug.

CAUTION

• Do not allow pets to chew on or swallow any parts. If you are concerned about the Power Cord, purchase accessories in ORSDA store or contact us for help.
• The Pet Fountain parts are BPA-FREE. However, some animals have been known to be sensitive to plastic food and water containers. If your animal shows signs of an allergic reaction to the plastic, please discontinue use until you have consulted with your veterinarian.

NOTICE

• The Pet Fountain is intended to run continuously (always plugged into electricity), as long as the water level is maintained and the Pet Fountain is cleaned regularly. Be sure to check the Pet Fountain regularly to help prevent damage to the Pump, as the  water may get consumed or evaporate causing the Pump to run dry.
• Do not attempt repairs on the Pump yourself.
• To avoid the possibility of the plug or outlet getting wet, the outlet should always be above the level of the Pet Fountain.
• If an extension cord is necessary, an extension cord with a proper rating should be used.
• The electrical use of this appliance is 1 watts.
• Do not use appliance for anything other than intended use. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.
• Do not modify the unit. Do not install or store appliance where it will be exposed to weather or temperatures below 4.5C.
• Read and observe all important notices listed on the appliance and in the packaging.
