Product Usage Instructions
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean and degrease the entire panel to be repaired with soap and
water, followed by a mild cleaning solvent. Thoroughly dry the
surface before repairing. Use 80 grit to remove the paint and
feather edge.
APPLICATION & SANDING
Mixing Ratio: BPO – 100:3, Hardener – 100:2
Gel Time: BPO – 9-10 minutes, Hardener – 7-8
minutes
Infrared Bake: Distance 50-80 cm, Time 20
minutes
Sanding: Initial – P80, Final – P180
Application Tips: Apply in layers with even
firm pressure, do not apply all at once. Do not add more hardener
than specified. Mix thoroughly. Never return mixed filler to
can.
REMARKS
Keep can closed and store in a cool dry place.

It features creamy texture with super smooth body; easy spreading but meantime
excellent vertical. Excellent filling, tack free, super easy sanding, and
advanced clog-free formula. Super excellent adhesion to steel, galvanized
steel, aluminum and fiberglass.
