Product Usage Instructions
Surface Preparation
Clean and degrease the panel with soap and water, followed by a mild cleaning solvent. Ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding. Use 80 grit sandpaper to remove paint and feather the edges.
Application & Sanding
Mixing Ratios:
- BPO to Hardener: 100:3 for normal conditions, 100:2 for warm conditions, 100:2 for hot conditions
Gel Time:
- Normal Conditions: 9-10 minutes
- Warm Conditions: 7-8 minutes
- Hot Conditions: 3-5 minutes
Infrared Bake: 20 minutes at 30°C, 15 minutes at 40°C, 5 minutes at 60°C
Sanding: Initial sanding with P80 grit, final sanding with P180 grit
Remarks
- Do not exceed specified hardener amounts.
- Mix thoroughly before application.
- Apply in layers with even firm pressure, avoid applying all at once.
- Do not return mixed filler to the can.
- Store in a closed container in a cool, dry place.

SURFACE PREPARATION

- Do not add more hardener than specified. Mix thoroughly.
