Product Usage Instructions
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean and degrease the panel with soap and water, then use a
mild cleaning solvent. Ensure the surface is completely dry before
proceeding. Remove paint and feather edge using 80 grit.
APPLICATION & SANDING
BPO
- Mix ratio: 100 parts filler to 3 parts hardener
- Gel time: 9-10 minutes
- Infrared Bake distance: 50-80 cm
- Sanding: Initial – P80, Final – P180
REMARKS
Ensure not to exceed the specified hardener amount. Mix
thoroughly before application. Apply in layers with firm pressure
and avoid applying all at once. Do not put mixed filler back into
the can. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
It features creamy texture with extreme fine and smooth body, easy spreading
during application. Excellent filling, no-shrinkage, super easy sanding
without clogging abrasive paper. Super excellent adhesion to steel, galvanized
steel, aluminum and fiberglass.

SURFACE PREPARATION
