Product Usage Instructions
Fabric Selection:
Choose (42) coordinating 5″ squares for the quilt. You can opt
for a charm pack or use scraps that are at least 5 inches. Ensure
the background fabric has good contrast with your main fabric.
Preparation:
Prior to the class, press your background fabric and cut (2)
strips of 6″ width of fabric (WOF). All other cutting will be done
in the class. Do not press any of your 5″ squares before the class
and avoid cutting them until instructed during the class.
Additional Notes:

Drinks should be in spill-proof containers.

Avoid putting water in the classroom irons.

Class Description Turtley Cool is a fun, easy to make block. It’s perfect for
a confident beginner. You will learn how to use the Creative Grids Folded
Corner Clipper Tool for snowballing corners.
Class Supplies Precut Strips & Squares Book by Annie’s Quilting (available at
Quilt Patch Fabrics) Charm pack (with 42 squares) or scraps that are at least
5 inch square Creative Grids Folded Corner Clipper Tool (small size) 6 1/2 x
24″ quilt ruler Usual quilting supplies including sewing machine in good
working order, machine manual, power cord, foot pedal, neutral thread, pins,
small scissors to trim threads, etc. Also, bring a 45 degree rotary cutter
(with a sharp blade), small cutting mat, iron and ironing surface.
Irons and ironing surfaces are also available in the classroom.
