LANBO Digital Touch Screen Electric Range
BEFORE YOU START
Remove the exterior and interior packaging. Remove the protective film on
steel and aluminum parts.
Check that all of the parts listed below are included with the unit.

- Rotisserie x 1
- Anti-tip Bracket x 2 with 6 expansion screws
- Bottom Cover x 1
- Oven Drip Pan x1

INSTALLATION
- Electric cord is sold separately and is not included. Please check with your retailer for the correct electrical cord to use and to arrange for installation if you desire this additional service.
- You must use a You need to buy an extra 3-conductor or 4-conductor UL listed range cord rated at 40 amps, 8 AWG with 120/240VAC electrical system. The common 110V electrical system is Not work for Lanbo electric range.
- The oven vent (backsplash) releases hot air and moisture from the oven, and should not be blocked or covered. Blocking or covering the oven vent will cause poor air circulation, affecting cooking and cleaning results. Do not set plastics, paper or other items that could melt or burn near the oven vent.
- When connect with the power, the heat elimination fan located in the upper back of the unit will start to work for self inspection.
- Please follow the “Installation Guide” or “User Manual Page”.
SURFACE OPERATION
- The control knobs have a variable of power output from low to high with a number of positions. The range of heat is increased by turning the knobs to thicker dotted lines, decreased by turning the knobs to thinner dotted lines around knobs.
- To switch on, always lightly press the control knobs inwards then rotate
OVEN OPERATION ON DIGITAL TOUCH SCREEN
Step 1 : Long touch “Power” icon to turn on the range
Step 2 : Set “Clock” the first time of use. Confirm your setting by click
the “Clock” button again.
Step 3 : Select Cooking Model by click button Broil, Bake, Broil Conv.,
Bake Conv. Air Fry, Preheat or Keep Warm
Step 4: Set Cooking Time by click “Timer” button and then confirm your
setting by click “Timer” button again.
Step 5: Set Cooking Temperature by click “Temp” button and then confirm
your setting by click “Temp” button again. If you want to check the actual
oven temperature during cooking, click “Temp” button twice, the actual oven
temperature is displayed. Long touch “Temp” button for 3 seconds to switch
C/F.
Step 6: Touch “Start/Pause” button to start cooking.
