Product Usage Instructions
Setting Up Your MS1
- Download and install the SMART-TIMEPRO app on your phone.
- Open the CO-FIT app to set fitness goals, track progress, and share with friends.
Connecting to MS1 via Your Mobile Phone
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Download the CO-FIT app.
- Register and log in to your account following the app instructions.
- For iOS users:
- Open the APP > Device > Add new device > Choose MS1.
- Select the MS1 with the strongest signal to pair with your phone.
- Confirm the pairing by clicking the button on the watch screen as prompted by your phone.
FAQ:
How do I change the watch face on MS1?
To change the watch face, navigate to the Settings on your MS1 and select the
desired watch face from the available options.

Setting Up Your MS1
First, you need to download and install the SMART-TIMEPRO app on your phone. The CO-FIT app will allow you to set your fitness goals, track your progress with friends and more.
Connect to MS1via your mobile phone
CO-FIT APP supports the operating system of IOS 11.0 and Android 5.0 or above, and BT 5.3 & 3.0.lt is available for more than 150 mobile devices.

How to p Charging Instructions air the watch for iOS users:
First step: Open APP>device>add new device> choose MS1 -
In the search list, select the MS1 with the strongest signal and con. rm the pairing by clicking the pairing button on the watch screen as prompted by your phone The Bluetooth icon on the watch will be blue in color indicating that you are connected to Bluetooth 5.3.
During the pairing process, please click the confirmation button at the watch end in time (as shown in the right figure) -
Bluetooth 3.0 connection:
iPhone users support Bluetooth 5.3 + 3.0 dual Bluetooth one-kev link (match according to the system prompts box operation Android users need time in the Bluetooth pairing interface in the “call service pairing options” click “to bind” and then follow the interface operation prompts to complete the Bluetooth 5.3 + 3.0 pairing, subsequent links to the phone will be on the watch 3.0 Bluetooth memory, so as to achieve dual Bluetooth one-key link (if not automatically connected to Bluetooth 3.0, please manually search for Bluetooth watch model “MS1” on the phone)

- After successfully connecting the watch and phone, if you want to play music from your phone through the bracelet, please enter The “Music Control” interface, and then switch between the icon interface. The bright icon display represents the audio Output terminal, (Figure 1)

Change watch face
On the dial page, long press and slide left and right to complete the
replacement. Alternatively, you can select the online dial from APP –
Equipment – DialOr use phone photos as custom dials
Sports
The MS1 watch supports Multiple sports modes including Outdoor running, Indoor
running, Climbing, Walk, cycling, Spinning, and Yoga. Basketball. Football.
Badminton. Free Training etc.

Step counting:
After wearing the watch correctly , open the “step counting” application in the watch application; display the number of steps, calories distance and other parameters of the day’s exercise. -
Play Music
Open the “Music Control” app in the watch app; you can control the music playback of your phone, and support operations such as previous track, play/pause, next track and volume adjustment. -
Heart rate
Wearing, it correctly, not too tight or loose make sure no green light leak, there is two measuring ways: Turn on the heart rate icon on the watch and measuring heart rate by manually. Set automatic monitoring time intervals in app (monitoring once every 15/ 30/ 60/ 120 minutes). -
Blood pressure
Wear the watch in a right way, and open the menu–blood pressure, measure it manual. -
SpO2: After
wearing the watch correctly,open the”SpO2 in the watch manual blood oxygen measurement is required. -
Stress: After
wearing the watch correctly , open the”stress” in the watch and check how much psychological pressure you are feeling -
Call mode:
The MS1smart watch supports Bluetooth calls, and users can make, answer, and reject calls directly on the watch. -
Message reminder
You can view text messages in the mobile phone and the real-time information pushed to the watch. -
Sleep
After wearing the watch correctly, open the “Sleep” in the watch and record the sleep status throughout the night. -
Anti-lost reminder
When the watch is disconnected from the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, the watch will make a sound and vibrate to prevent loss. -
Remote camera
Control the camera on your phone to take remote photos. When using it, please click on “Device” on the “CO-FIT” app to turn on the camera. -
Alarm clock
Set the alarms in APP and sync to watch a maximum of 5 alarms. -

Charging Instructions
Charging
Turn the watch over, align and attach the charging pins to the magnet gold
prongs. You will see the charging icon on the watch screen within 5s. Charging
fully may take 2 hours. You will see the battery icon is full if the watch has
been fully charged Please clean the charging interface before charging for
fear that the remaining sweat erodes gold metal contact or other risks
Prohibit using high-power fast charging to charge the bracelet to avoid
burning the device

Troubleshooting
Heart-rate signal missing
The MS1 smart watch keeps paying attention to your heart rate data during your
exercise and your daily life. Sometimes the watch may not get a suitable heart
rate signal. At this time, the missing heart rate data will appear at the
dotted line If you can’t get the heart rate signal, first you should confirm
that you wear the watch correctly, adjust it to avoid being too high or too
low, neither too tight nor too loose on your wrist. After adjustment, turn on
real-time heart rate monitoring to get the data. If there is still no heart
rate data, check if the heart rate monitoring function is turned on at the
COFIT APP.
Key Description

Other problems
If your mobile cannot pair the watch, click Settings Bluetooth in your mobile
and check if there is a signal of MS1. If yes, it means there is no problem
with the Bluetooth signal. Please check if the watch is paired with other
phones, please unbind it.IOS device users should click Setting – Bluetooth –
ignore this device and then pair it
