Main troubleshooting methods

  1. If the safe has been used for a period of time, enter the correct password and the green light is on, but the safe cannot be opened, it may be that the battery is under voltage, which is not enough to provide suction. At this time, it needs to be replaced with a new battery.
  2. If there is a “beep “sound emitted by the safe, it may be caused by the circuit board (circuit in the main board or panel) encountering water or moisture, or it may be caused by the corrosion of the battery or battery box which has not been used for a long time, replace the faulty parts according to the situation.
  3.  According to the customer’s past usage, forgetting the set password is a common occurrence, so the management of the emergency keyis very important. Please do not put the emergency key in the safe. If the key is lost, you can contact the sales store to reissue the key for a fee.

Notice

  2.  If the yellow light turns on, indicating that you should change the batteries.
  3. If you forgot the code or the batteries are run off, use the emergency key to open the safe as the first opening, and then press the reset button(on the left-side of back of door) to reset the code.
  4. Any key pressed for 20 seconds, no subsequent key input into the sleep state, the front input cleared.

  6. The electronic part of the electronic safe will be short-circuited when it encounters liquids, and the product can not be placed in a humid environment. It is easy to cause the risk of circuit back-moistening and failure.
  7. If you find that the safe can’t be opened by the key after not using it for long time, you can add lube to your keys and key locks.
