Product Usage Instructions

Keypad Functions:

  • A. On/Off: Press to turn the fireplace on or off.
  • C. Heat HI/LO: Adjust the heat level between high and low settings.

Remote Functions:

  • G. Cycle brightness of flame: Adjust the brightness of the flame in increments of 20%.
  • H. Cycle brightness of down lighting: Adjust the brightness of the down lighting in increments of 20%.
  • I. Cycle speed of flame: Choose from 3 different speeds for the flame animation.
  • J. Cycle fire animations: Cycle through different fire animations.

Note:
The remote control will go into sleep mode after 15 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery.

Troubleshooting:

  • Problem: Remote Unresponsive Cause: Low Battery
    Solution: Replace with 2 x AAA Batteries

  • Problem: Flashing Red Light on the Remote Cause: Lost connection
    Solution: Hold buttons ‘D’ and ‘E’ on the keypad together until a green flashing light appears. Then press any button on the remote to pair it with the fireplace.

  • Problem: No Heat Working Causes:

    • Glass is not tilted back
    • The desired temperature has already reached
      Solution: Use the glass handle to push the glass back. Adjust the temperature on the keypad, remote, or app.

KEYPAD FUNCTIONS

  • B. Heat On/Off – The glass must be in an open position (Tilted Back). Heat will start on the LO setting
  • C. Heat HI/LO
  • D. I ncrease temperature – 16-31°
  • E. Decrease temperature – 16-31°
  • F. I ncrease flame speed (3 speed)
  • G. Decrease flame speed (3 speed)

REMOTE FUNCTIONS

  • A. On/Off
  • B. Cycle heat – Glass must be in an open position (LO-HI-OFF)
  • C. Eco leaf: Open window/door detection activated
  • D. I ncrease temperature – 16-31°
  • E. Decrease temperature – 16-31°
  • F. Cycle brightness of logs and fuel bed (0%-20%-40%-60%-80%-100%)
  • G. Cycle brightness of flame (0%-20%-40%-60%-80%-100%)
  • H. Cycle brightness of down lighting (0%-20%-40%-60%-80%-100%)
  • I. Cycle speed of flame (3 speed)
  • J. Cycle fire animations

TIP
Remote has been pre-set to work with your fireplace.

The remote will be in sleep mode until a button is pressed to wake it up. You will need to press it again to use it. This is to save the remote battery. It will go back to sleep after 15 seconds.
