CHARGING THE POWER BANK

  • Take the supplied USB cable and plug the USB-A end of the cable into the power source being used; plug the other end of the cable into the Type-C USB port of the power bank.
  • If the power bank is switched on but is not being used, it will automatically switch off after approximately 35 seconds.
  • The power bank can be charged directly through the main socket outlet using a USB charger (not supplied).
  • When the wireless charge starts to work, the Digital Display Screen flashes.

CHARGING THE DEVICE

Plug the Type-C connector of the charging cable into the Type-C output port of the charging bank, and then plug the Type-C connector of the charging cable into the charging Type-C port of the device that you want to charge. If your device is not compatible with the Type-C connector on the supplied charging cable, the charging cable supplied with your device can be used.

USING THE WIRELESS CHARGING FUNCTION

  • Press the power button, and the power bank LED will display the remaining power level.
  • Place the iPhone in the wireless charging area of the power bank.
  • Ensure the wireless charging position of the power bank is precisely aligned with the wireless charging area of the mobile phone. Press the power button to start charging, and the wireless charging function will begin.
  • The LED charge indicators will light up, indicating the remaining power level.
  • The wireless charging function can be used for other devices, for example, headphones with a wireless charging capability.
  • Ensure that the position of the wireless charging areas of the power bank and the device to be charged is properly aligned. Otherwise, the device will not charge.
  • Supported iPhones will be fixed to the power bank magnetically due to built-in magnets.
  • Do not move or bump the mobile phone while charging. Doing so may cause the mobile phone and power bank to misalign.

The 10000 mAh MagSafe Wireless Power Bank includes a standard 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. Should the product be unboxed with any faulty parts, poor finishing, visible damage, or failure to perform due to a manufacturing defect or poor workmanship, please return it with your proof of purchase(till slip or invoice) to the store of purchase for an exchange, or repair depending on the store’s returns policy.

This warranty commences from the date of purchase. Kindly retain your proof of purchase and the packaging for your warranty period.

The warranty does not apply to a product that:
