keep it, as you might need it later.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
- Make sure that the voltage written on your Arzum mixer appliance is suitable for the voltage value of the area you are in. Our company cannot be held responsible for malfunctions caused by any voltage differences and therefore, malfunction will be out of warranty.
- The appliance is for home use. Please do not it use for commercial or industrial purposes.
- Keep your appliance out of children’s reach and away from children.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Always disconnect the mixer from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning;
- Do not allow children to use the mixer without supervision.
- To prevent damage to your appliance, please do not use extension cables that do not provide enough current.
- Do not place your appliance on or next to heat sources such as a stove or other cooking appliances.
- Make sure the cord does not dangle from your table or kitchen counter or contact any other appliance.
- NEVER immerse the main part of your mixer in water or any other liquid. Immediately unplug your appliance after getting wet in any manner.
- Close supervision by a responsible person is necessary when your appliance is used by children, people with no experience or knowledge about the appliance, or people with physical (audial, visual) or mental disabilities. Make sure that children do not play with your appliance.
- ALWAYS unplug your mixer from outlet when not in use, or before putting in or taking out attachments, or before caring and cleaning.
- If the cord or the plug of your mixer is out of order or damaged due to fall or any other reason, do not use the mixer. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Call immediately Arzum Authorized Service.
- NEVER attach to your appliance any attachments belonging to other appliances.
- Please avoid actions that may damage the cord and plug of your mixer. Do not carry it by holding from the cord, to unplug, hold the plug and do not pull by the cord.
- Do not operate your mixer with the beating or kneading nozzles inside an empty receptacle or outside the receptacle. This may damage your appliance.
Caution: Do not run the mixer empty for more than 1 minute.
- Do not operate the appliance for more than 5 minutes.
- Allow 10 minutes rest before next use.
- Avoid touching any moving parts when your mixer is in use. Do not keep your hands, hairs, clothes, or any tools closer.
- Keep hands and tools away from moving parts when handling food to reduce the risk of serious injury to you or others. This will also ensure that the appliance is not damaged.
- Never attempt to remove food or liquid from the bowl while the parts are moving. Always wait until the motor has completely stopped.
- Do not put excessive amounts of food in the appliance.
- Before rinsing, ALWAYS take any attachments out of the mixer.
- Do not use your mixer for blending flaring or combustible materials other than foods.
- Do not interfere with your mixer except for the purposes of cleaning and maintenance.
- Use your appliance for its intended purposes and as recommended.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

Before first use
- All parts of the stand mixer should be thoroughly cleaned before first use.
- Remove the required length of cable from the cable layout at the bottom of the mixer and connect the device to the mains power supply.
Accessory User Manual
Beater: Use for normal to heavy mixtures: Cakes,biscuits, creamed frostings, quick breads, mashed potato and pie pastry.
Whisk: Use for mixtures that need air incorporated: Eggs, egg whites, heavy
cream, boiled frostings, sponge cake, mayonnaise.
Dough hook: Use for mixing andkneading yeast dough: Breads, coffee cakes,
rolls and buns.
Usage
-
Place your stand mixer on a flat, clean and dry surface and then plug in the appliance.

Press the motor head lift button to move the motor head upwards.
-
If necessary, install the transparent splatter guard.
-
Insert the mixing bowl and then turn it in the direction of the arrow shown on the device and make sure it is locked.
-
Place the accessory you want to use into the accessory inlet located under the motor head, then turn it clockwised.

Push the motor head downwards by pressing the motor head lift button.
-
Operate the device by setting speed control button at a suitable level.
-
When the device is running, you can increase or decrease speed without the need to stop.
Note: You may add any material that you wish to add to your mixer without opening the cover by using the space available on the cover, which prevents bouncing practically.
- Keep the beaters in the mixture in order to prevent bouncing, and always turn off the mixer prior to pulling beaters out of the mixture.
- When the mixture forms a ball after kneading or mixing, turn off the appliance by long pressing the on/off button on the digital panel and then unplug the power cable.
On/Off Button Usage
- When you plug in your device, the on/off button will appear on the digital panel. At this time, when you press the on/off button, the speed will be 0 and the time will be 00:00.
- Press and hold the on/off button to close the digital panel and stop operation.
- As long as the speed is set, you can pause the operation by pressing the on/off button.
Speed/Time Button Usage
- When the device is first switched on, the speed control function is in position. Press the speed/time knob to switch between speed and time settings.
- You can adjust the speed by turning the knob. You can increase the speed by turning to the right and decrease the speed by turning to the left.
- Press the speed time knob to set the duration. The duration indicator will flash. By turning it to the right you can set it to a maximum of 15 minutes in 30-second increments. You can reduce the time by 30 seconds by doing the process in the opposite direction.
- It is not enough to set the time for the device to start working, make sure you set the speed. The device can operate only with speed setting without time setting.
- If no action is taken after setting the speed and time, the blinking stops after 4 seconds, the current status is saved and the last setting takes effect.
When the machine is running, when you press the raise button to raise the
upper body or when the upper body is raised, the speed position is displayed
as 0, the time position is displayed as E: 01.
When the upper housing is closed, E: 01 disappears and the remaining time is
displayed. The speed will appear as 0 and to restart you need to set the speed
to the desired level and press the on/off button.
Mixing or Kneading Dough
- Recommended ratio of flour and water: 5 by 3.
- Mix at 1st speed for 10 seconds, then at 2nd speed for 10 seconds, and then at 4th speed for approximately 4 minutes.
- Please do not exceed the maximum amount while filling the mixing bowl.
- The maximum amount for flour is 1500 grams.
- Kneading attachment and mixing attachment should be used optionally in this process.
Whisking the egg white or cream
- Depending on the size of the eggs, whisk the egg whites from the 4th to the 8th speed without stopping for about 4 minutes until they are well mixed.
- The maximum amount is 24 eggs.
- For the whipped cream, whip 250ml fresh cream for about 4 minutes, starting at speed 4 and increasing to speed 8.
- Please make sure not to exceed the maximum amount when filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingredients.
- Whisk should be used in this process.
Mixing frappe, cocktail and other liquids:
- Mix the ingredients for about 4 minutes at speed 1 to 8, according to the present recipe.
- Do not exceed the maximum amount of the mixing bowl.
- A beater should be used in this process.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, please make sure the button is set to the “0” position and the plug is unplugged.
- When you are done with the appliance, we recommend you to clean the accessories without waiting too long to prevent the food left on it from drying out. This process will make cleaning easier and more effective.
- The bowl should be washed with clean, hot, soapy water, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
- You can only clean the body of the device using a damp cloth. Never immerse the main body in water! Do not use detergents that could damage your device.
- Accessories are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. May damage the accessories if exposed to heat or harmful cleaners.
- It is sufficient to clean it with hot soapy water. Dry the accessories before reassembling.
