Maintenance and Care
- Open the top cover, pour out the pet food, and remove the food bowl.
- Clean the food chute with a cloth or brush to keep the food passage clear.
- Clean the food storage lid and food bowl one by one, and wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a cloth.
Product Assembly and Accessory Installation

Insert the food bowl into the main body, cover the food storage compartment with the food storage lid, and then insert the food storage compartment into the main unit.

The device has two power supply options: you can choose to power it using the power cable, or you can use 3 x Size 2 batteries for power. (Batteries are only for emergency power and have short standby time. Please make sure to use both external power supply and batteries simultaneously to ensure proper device operation).
Button Instructions
| Short press the Manual Dispense Button once to dispense one portionof food.

| Press and hold the Reset Button until you hear the “Reset successful”prompt
to reset the device.
| Hold down the Recording Button to start recording, release the button to end
recording. (Supports recordings of up to 15 seconds). Press theRecording
Button twice in succession to delete a recording.

Scan the QR code to download the app.

Enter the main interface of the app and add the device.

Choose the pet feeder.

Select to configure the wireless network for the device through the QR code.

Ensure that the pet feeder is powered on.

Confirm that the working indicatorlightis flashing or listen for the prompt sound.

Select the wireless network and enter the password. Only supports 2.4G WiFi.

Place the QR code in front ofthe camera, maintaining a distance of 10-30cm.

Wait for the network pairing process.

After successful addition, you can give a name to the petfeeder.

Click on the video image to enterthe aforementioned operating interface.

Enter the automatic feeding interface, add a schedule, select time, portion, repeat days, and enable the schedule. For multiple meals, add schedules again.
Q&A Troubleshooting
Will data be lost in case of power or network outage?
Internal parameter settings will not be lost after power or network outage. The device will remain on standby when operated using dry batteries. (Dual power supply is recommended for use).
Is there any risk of electric shock to pets if the power cord is bitten by
them?
The product operates on a safe 5V voltage; there is no risk of electric shock to pets
Why shouldn't the main unit be washed with water directly?
The main unit contains delicate electronic components and circuit boards; to maintain cleanliness, simply wipe the external surface of the main unit with a damp cloth after disconnecting the power.
Safety Notices and Precautions
- Please store this product in a cool and dry place. Do not use it for purposes other than feeding.
- Do not let anything other than pet kibble fall into the food storage compartment, as it may cause malfunctions and even pose a safety risk to pets.
- Place the feeder horizontally and consider positioning it against a wall to prevent tripping over cords or pets from chewing on them.
- Do not submerge the device or power supply in water, as it can damage electronic components.
- Inspect the device after installation. If there is water on the power cord or plug, do not power it on.
- Children should use the device under adult supervision.
- Always unplug the power before installing or removing accessories.
- If the product will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries and unplug the power cord.
- Do not attempt to repair or modify the pet feeder.
- If an extension cord is needed, use one with the same rated value.
- Using non-original or non-recommended accessories may lead to unsafe situations.
