Operation Manual

  1. Connect the hydraulic oil pipe to the battery pump connector, and then connect the oil pipe to the connector of the applicable equipment.

  2. Remove the aviation plug socket cover, connect the plug of the hand control box line;

  3. Install the battery;

  4. Press the DOWN button (retract) or UP button (advance) and confirm that the LCD screen lights up.

  5. Keep pressing the UP button (advance) to start the battery pump; hydraulic oil will be pressed into the cylinder.

  6. When working, release the UP button (advance) to stop the operation of the battery pump, the booster motor stops working, and the hydraulic oil stops being pressed into the cylinder.

  7. Press and hold the UP button and continue to  pressurize until it reaches the preset pressure of 700Bar, and the pressurizing motor will stop  running. The pressure is released and the hydraulic oil returns to the oil bladder.
    Press and hold the DOWN button (retract), the pressure relief motor will work, the pressure will be released, and the hydraulic oil will return to the oil bladder.

  8. After the battery pump is completed, after the connected device state returns to the initial position, remove the battery;

  9. Disconnect the plug of the remote-control cable and install the socket cover;

  10. Disconnect the oil pipe and the battery pump connector, install the dust cover;

Note:

  1. After installing the battery, push the battery without pressing the button on the side of the battery to check whether the battery is firm; 2. After installing the hydraulic oil hose, pull it gently to check whether the hydraulic hose connection is firm.

Important operational precautions

  • When connecting the oil hose, pay attention to whether there is anything attached to the joint. If there is a thing attached to the joint, please clean it carefully; the attachment may cause damage to the joint or other seals;
  • When the connector is connected, ensure that the connector is firmly connected, otherwise the seal or other parts will be damaged due to the connection problem of the connector when the battery pump is working;
  • Use the oil hose provided with the pump, if it is unavoidable to use other types of hose, ensure that the length of the hose does not exceed 10 meters, provided that the amount of oil meets the requirements of the tool. This pump is designed for light work. Long hose will cause the pump body to run over time and cause pump failure;
  • When the pump is working, do not bend the oil hose, which will shorten its service life and may cause the oil hose to rupture;
  • Do not pull the hydraulic oil hose or remote-control rope to move the pump body;
  • If the battery pump is stored below -5°C for a long time, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will increase. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the battery pump, please be sure to keep it at a temperature of 10~ 25℃ for 1 hour before use;
  • Since this battery pump is designed for light-duty use and uses batteries as power, the pump cannot be used continuously. Ensure that the motor and oil do not heat up; the pump should be cooled for more than 10  minutes after every 20 minutes of use;
  • Pay attention to the battery pump falling or being impacted and other damages;
  • Check the hydraulic oil regularly and replenish it in time when the oil level is low. When replenishing hydraulic oil, use the designated hydraulic oil. It is strictly forbidden to use vegetable oil or brake fluid;
  • Summary of display error codes
Error code Reason Solution
Empty battery icon Low battery, battery needs to be replaced as soon as
possible Replace battery
E00 Low battery, battery needs to be replaced as soon as possible Replace

battery
E01| The main motor is blocked or overcurrent| Return to factory for repair
E02| Pump body temperature is too high| Wait for the pump body to cool down
E03| Hydraulic output pressure is less than 650Bar| Adjust pressure output value
E04| Hydraulic output pressure is larger than 730Bar| Adjust pressure output value
E05| The pressure relief valve motor cannot open or close the pressure relief valve after working for more than 20 seconds| Return to factory for repair
E06| The main motor still cannot complete pressure output after 120 seconds of work| Return to factory for repair
E99| The user quickly clicks the start button continuously, and the system enters the protection state| Re-plug the battery to avoid continuous quick taps

Pressure adjustment: due to the change of hose length, the output pressure will change slightly, the customer can adjust the preset pressure by himself (use a 3mm hex wrench).

Check and Maintenance

To ensure smooth operation and prevent rust, the pump should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment. The moving parts should be greased frequently.

  1. Failure to routine check and maintenance may cause malfunctions;
  2. The hydraulic oil is completely replaced every 6 months, using Shell T15 hydraulic oil. It is strictly forbidden to use vegetable oil or brake oil;
  3. When replenishing or replacing hydraulic oil, place the oil pump at the position where the oil injection port faces upward; use an hex wrench to turn counterclockwise to remove the plug, and after adding hydraulic oil, install the plug back to the oil injection port. Pay attention when installing make sure that there is no air in the oil bladder.
  4. In order to ensure non-corrosion and correct operation, avoid placing the pump in a humid place.
  5. In the case of regular maintenance of the battery pump, there is generally no failure. If there is a problem, please contact our dealer.
  6. As long as the above maintenance steps are followed, the pump can provide effective services for many years. Please pay attention to the above matters.

Service and maintenance
Although on-site repairs are possible, all repairs must be performed by the after-sales department authorized by our company!

  1. The power of battery pump is provided by batteries. When there is a problem, please replace the battery or charge it before considering other reasons.
  2. When the battery power is low, the battery pump will not be able to press up. Please replace the battery or charge first, and then consider other reasons.
  3. The battery pump has a small oil delivery volume, even a slight oil leak will affect its performance.
  4. The main reasons for the failure: component damage, hydraulic oil contamination, filter blockage, mechanical wear, etc.

Waste Disposal
Different parts of the tool must be treated separately, and the waste oil must be handled in a special waste oil transfer place.
Hydraulic oil is harmful to the ground, and uncontrolled discharge or improper handling will result in fines.
We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property from the improper use and lack of maintenance of our product. Any doubt of safety operation and precaution, please contact with our distributor.
Please properly dispose of all packaging materials and disassembled parts.
