**WEEDING 45H Privacy Fence Panels Screen Instruction Manual

**

STEP 1: LAYOUT TOOLS

Tools are required for a smoother installation experience and your own engagement and focus are really important.

  • Electric screwdriver (Height Recommended)

  • Gloves

  • Mallet

  • Ruler or Measuring instrument

*Note: All the above tools are recommended to select in order to face the different soil condition

STEP 2: LAYOUT MATERIALS

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE PANEL

STEP 3.1

Slide (20/22) Rails (B) into the routed holes in the Left Post (A).

STEP 3.2

Slide (1) Right Post (A) over the opposite ends of the slats and rails.

*NOTE: Make sure track (B) bar is tight against both post (A) bars before tightening. Locate the rail (B) bar completely in the post (A) bar holes.

STEP 4: INSTALL SCREWS AND CAPS

*Note: Place the adjusted panel on a flat surface.

STEP 4.1

*Note: Please don’t worry if the Rails (B) are crooked when screwing in the screws. It will not affect the aesthetics nor the use. Solution: Turn the screw back a little and the Rails (B) will stay square.

Drive total of_4 Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screw (F1,2,3,4) into the Left/Right Post(A).

Use an electric screwdriver.

*Note: Before installing the Screw ((F1,2,3,4), you need to make sure that Rails (B) is fully into the Post (A) rod.  Prevent Rails (B) from slipping out of Post (A) during the installation of screws.

STEP 4.2

After installing the Screw (F1,2,3,4), drive the  Screw (F1″2″3″4) again in the same place on  the opposite side). Use an electric screwdriver.

*Note: There are no pre-drilled holes for the Post (A) to allow for greater customization during assembly. When driving in the screws, you need to make sure that the screws are upright at 90 degrees. It can not be crooked.

STEP 4.3

Install 2 top caps (E). Press fit Post (A).

*Note: Use a mallet to gently tap in the cover to ensure a tight fit.

STEP 5: ASSEMBLE THE SECOND SCREEN PANEL

Repeat Steps 3-4 in order to assemble the second screen.

STEP 6: INSTALL PANEL INTO THE GROUND

*Select the screen mounting location.

*Note: It is recommended to install on tight ground. It is not recommended to install on loose ground such as planting flowers. which does not guarantee strong stability.

STEP 6.1

Note: When hammering ground stakes, it is recommended to put something in the center. Something like paper shells. It will effectively prevent the ground stake from buckling.

Locate the first ground stake(C). Poi1 ted section facing down. Use a nallet to drive in. Tap into the ground about 9.45 inches. The top leaks out 6.3 inches.

STEP 6.2

Measure the distance between the two holes at the bottom of the fence (36 inches).

STEP 6.3

Determine the location of another ground stake (C. Repeat the tapping procedure to complete the installation of both ground.

*With the help of a ruler, ensure ground stakes(C) are properly leveled.

STEP 6.4

Insert the holes in the bottom Post (A) of the fence into the upper end of the ground stakes (C).  fence into the upper end of the ground stakes (C). its recommended to use the aid of a mallet as an assistant.

STEP 7: INSTALL ANOTHER PANEL INTO THE GROUND

Step 7.1

Confirm how the two panels will be used. Straight Line Application or Corner Application.

Repeat Step 6.Complete the floor mounting of the second panel.

Step 7.2

Drive total of2 Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screw (F5,6,5,6) into the bottoms of Post(A). Use an electric screwdriver.

STEP 8: CONNECT THE SCREENS

Note: Due to the sensitive nature of the pvc notches, do not tap on any of the notches after screwing in the screws!

Straight Line Application:

Connect the screens as shown below using Joiner Clips (Z) and stainless steel screws(H).

Corner Application:

Connect the screens as shown below using Joiner Clips (D) and stainless steel screws(Q).

Note: There are no pre-drilled holes for the joiner clips to allow for greater customization during assembly. When driving in the screws, you need to make sure that the screws are upright at 90 degrees. It can not be crooked.
