Product Overview :

Operation Instructions:

• It is recommended to charge the product for more than 10 minutes before the first use.
• Once taking earphones out of the charging case,the L and R  earphone will be powered on and pairing automatically.
• Turn on the device’s bluetooth and search “HY-Air Pro “to connect.
  After connected successfully, you will hear the prompt  tone from both earphones.

Touch Control

1. Volume control: Click the volume of the left ear to increase and the volume of the right ear to decrease

2. Play/ Pause:
   Double tap to pause/play

3. Up/down: Triple tap the left ear to perform a song, and the right ear to play a song

4. Chinese/English switching: Four-click Chinese-English switching

5. Answer/hang up the call: double click the earphone on either  side to connect the call; call End by double-clicking either  earphone to hang up the phone;ln the state of incoming call,  Changing 3 seconds Reject an incoming call

6. Power on/off: Press and hold the touch area for 3 seconds to hear the voice prompt to power on, and press and hold the touch control Zone 5 seconds to hear the voice prompt to turn off (put the earbuds into the charging case and the upper cover can also be used.) Ear power off)

7. Voice assistant control: In standby or playing music, press and hold the earphone touch area 3 seconds to hear the prompt let go to wake up the voice assistant

Wearing Schematic:

Please note the distinction between the left and right labels of the earphones, L for the left and R for the right.

Place the earphones on the ear canals to make sure they are close to your ears.

Charging Method:

• For the charging case
Please use the charging cable included in the package box to connect the power adapter for charging.

When charging the case,the middle indicator light will keep red.When the case’s battery is fully charged,the middle indicator light will turn green.

The HY-Air Pro Translation Headset APP is operated using the function

1. APP Downloads:
   Open WeChat and scan according to the prompts to download or search in the mobile phone store (Al library) to download and register

2. Connect the headphones:
   1. Open the APP, click on My Interface, and select Bind
   New Device. (You can’t connect Bluetooth in the settings, the channel will be occupied) connect directly in the APP and follow the prompts to operate2.Select Air Pro, click to connect, enter the body code, or scan the code and verify it.

3. Gold Coin Exchange:
   1. Before using the APP, click on Mine, click on the upper right corner to sign in today to exchange for gold coins, and you can receive free gold coins to exchange for use every day. Then go back to the home page.
   Click on the gold exchange. (Gold coins can be recharged and used after use) The intelligent assistant and translation functions are used as follows:

Charging for the earphones:

When the charging case has enough power,put earphones back into charging case,making sure earphones are placed at right charging connection to charge,at the same time,the earphone’s L and R charging sense corresponding light will turn white on charging case.

Indicator lights of charging case:
When the charging case’s middle indicator light turns red, it means the charging case is in low battery state.Need to re-charge the charging case in time. If you do not use the product for a long time, it is recommended to charge the product once within 30 days to keep the product in the best condition.

Clearing of Fault:

After the earphones connect with device successfully, if one earphone has no sound, please check it following below steps:

1. Making sure the earphones are both powered on.
2. If the earphones are both powered on but one earphone still has no sound, please delete the pairing name

“Air Toms Pro” on the device first, and put the earphones back into the charging case and close it to make the earphones power off. Then open the charging case again and take out the earphones to reconnect with the device.

1. Open the phone settings and search for HY-Air Pro. Click on the link
2. Open Al Library Avoid using stimulus, organic solvents to clean the earphones.
3. The earphone should be used correctly as per the instruction. Do not use the earphone in the above prohibited environment. In order to ensure the smooth connection, it is suggested that the distance between the earphone and phone within 10 meters.
4. If the earphones failed to connect or with poor connection, please do not dismantling the earphone by your own.
5. In order to ensure your normal use of the earphone, please make sure that the earphone is fully charged.

Warranty Service :

A. Product are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any man-made factors.
B. In one of the following circumstances, consumers can not be served with the free warranty :
