    • A: Select either the up or down counting modes to exit the random mode.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

PRODUCT USING INSTRUCTION

  • INTERNAL CLOCK
    • Tap the encoder to set a tempo.
    • Turn the encoder to increase (CW) or decrease (CCW) the clock speed.
    • Independent of the max division, output 1 will always output at the tap tempo when running from the internal clock.
  • EXTERNAL CLOCK
    • Patching an external trigger into the IN jack will override the Internal clock functions.
    • Range:
    • Lowest: 1 beat per minute
    • Highest: 1.1kHz (internal clock) 2kHz (externally clocked)
    • Holding down the encoder without rotating it for 2 seconds will stop and reset the clock. A single tap from this status will restart the clock at the last set of BPM.
    • Press in (hold) and rotate the encoder to select the max divisions of 8; 16; 32; 64
    • The lower four LEDs will show you your current max division.
    • Hold and rotate the encoder even further beyond the 64 max division to access the various other counting and trigger modes which in sequence are:
    • 8; 16; 32; 64 (as above)
    • Up counting (LEDs will strobe from bottom to top)
    • Down counting (LEDs will strobe from top to bottom)
    • Pulse output (5ms trigger) (every 2nd LED will strobe)
    • Square wave output (50% duty cycle) (LEDs will strobe in fours)
    • Random Outputs
    • Up counting, down counting, and random modes are all mutually exclusive. Selecting one of these will turn off the other 2.
    • Pulse and Square modes are mutually exclusive. Selecting one will disable the other.
    • The probability of the Random output mode is affected by the clock divisions. For the lowest probability, select the random mode and then select the 64-max division.
    • To exit the random mode, select either the up or down counting modes.
