THE INTELLIGENT SOLUTION

6 different Trigger variants, make it possible to simultaneously massage your tension on both sides of your cervical spine.

  • WHY 6 DIFFERENT VARIATIONS FOR THE CERVICAL SPINE?
We have various small muscle strands and passages that run from the upper thoracic spine toward the cervical spine. Additionally, numerous muscle groups extend from the middle and upper cervical spine toward the bony edge of the back of the head. Therefore, we need a variety of therapeutically developed trigger variations to effectively target these different muscle chains.
In the cervical spine area, there can be severe and unfortunately, long- lasting pain conditions that not only affect the neck but can also be painful for the head. An annoying joint blockages, painful movement restrictions, or strong muscle tension can afflict us in the cervical spine and neck region. Very often, we suffer from headaches, migraines, and even tinnitus, which can have their origin in the cervical spine.

  • WHY IS THE TMX DURA CALLED DURA?
One of our most important meninges, a type of fascia that envelops our brain and spinal cord, is called the Dura mater. Because this Dura Mater attaches inside our bony occiput, it often causes headaches, migraines, and neck pain.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION WITH THE TMX® 3-STEP METHOD:

  1. lace the TMX® DURA on the floor. Locate your point of pain and lie on the DURA so that your cervical spine is positioned between the two heads. Now, apply pressure to this area and try to relax despite the initial pain. Remain in this position for at least 60 seconds.
  2. Now, begin mobilizing while triggering by making small ‚yes motions‘ or little ‚nodding movements.‘ Breathe deeply several times during this process. Alternate every 30 seconds between mobilization and the resting starting position. Continue this alternation for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Finally, stretch the muscles of your cervical spine.
