Checking Rack Fitment
It is very important that the rack is securely attached to the bicycle.
threaded mounting points near the rear axle of the bicycle, one on each side,
A, and one on each side below the seat on the rear stays, B are required for
proper fitment to the bicycle. Adjusting Rack Height
the rack height must be adjusted for proper fitment and clearance on your
bicycle.
- Adjust the height by removing the bolts on both sides. Slide bracket to the appropriate height and align the hole.
- Reinsert the bolt and loosly tighten. Ensure both mounts are at the same height. Ensure a minimum of 10mm between rack and bicycle tire.
- Secure the bolts by tightening to 4–5nm.
Mounting the Rack to a Bicycle
- First, fasten the bracket into the threaded mounting points on the bicycle by the axle at A, then fasten the stay rods B to the threaded mounting points below the seat on the bicycle. Lastly, assemble the stay block screws at c.
- Ensure top of rack is level. If the stays extend above the top of the rack, or interfere with the wheel, the stays will need to be cut to the proper length to fit your bicycle. Mark the desired length of stay, remove from rack and cut to the marked length. Ensure the stay will be below the top surface of the rack and at least a half inch beyond the stay block d.
- tighten all bolts to a torque of 4 to 5 nm (3–3.7 ft-lb). replace the rubber end caps once the stays have been cut to length.

the appropriate spacer and bolt combination to attach the rack.
