For your safety
The device should only be used as described within these instructions.
Caution!
Risk of electrocution!
- Plug the device only into a mains socket installed within your country’s electrical safety regulations and with a correct mains voltage (see nameplate).
- The mains socket must be located near the equipment and it must be easily accessible.
- Unplug the device immediately if any fault occurs.
- The device and the power adapter must not come into contact with water or moisture.
- Do not use the device if the housing or the power adapter are damaged.
- Operate the device out of reach of persons (including children) who cannot fully appreciate the potential risks of handling electrical equipment.
- Only use the supplied power adapter.
- Route the mains cable so it does not come into contact with sharp-edged or hot objects.

CAUTION
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations or changes to the product are prohibited.

Getting Started
- Insert the power adapter pin into the device jack and connect the plug to a wall socket.
- The device is ready for use.
- When starting your frame for the first time, you will need to set it up.
- Follow the on-screen instructions or the quick set-up in the user manual.
FRAMEO-App
- You need the FRAMEO app for operation. Download the free FRAMEO app from the “Apple App Store” or “Google Play Store”.
Installation
- With the suspension device you can fix the device with a nail or a solid screw and dowel on a wall (vertically or horizontally).
- For table standing plug the device to the attached support.
Troubleshooting

Press the ON/OFF button at the backside of the device.
Operating problems| You can find help under „Settings“ in the photo frame menu and in the FRAMEO app
