Product Usage Instructions
Activating Normal Play Mode:
- Slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to turn the unit On.
- Feed Sandy all snack pieces except the green pepper.
- You will hear three beep sounds to indicate Normal Play mode is activated.
Battery Removal and Installation:
- Ensure the unit is turned Off.
- Use a screwdriver to open the battery cover located at the bottom of Sandy.
- Remove old batteries.
- Install 4 AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries as per the diagram inside the battery box.
- Secure the battery cover and tighten the screw.
Product Features:
- Slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to turn ON the unit and select volume.
- Touch Sandy’s head to hear different sounds.
- Press the Learning Button for interactive phrases about colors and snacks.
- Press the Music Button to hear Sandy sing songs.
- Hold your hand or a snack piece in front of the Mouth Sensor to open Sandy’s mouth.
- Feed Sandy one of the provided snack pieces when her mouth opens.
- The Identification Sensor will react once a snack piece is inside Sandy’s mouth.
- Store snack pieces in the compartment under Sandy’s tail.
How to open and close the storage door:
- To open, pull the locking tab upward, and the door will fall open.
- To close, align the door in the slot and press firmly until you hear a click sound confirming closure.
Mood Light:
The Mood Light changes colors when Sandy talks, sings, or eats, reflecting her mood.
FAQ
Q: Can I use other items besides the provided snack pieces?
A: No, only feed Sandy the 8 Snack Pieces provided with the toy. Do not insert other items into Sandy’s mouth.

WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.

Unlock the packaging locks:
- Rotate the packaging locks 90 degrees counterclockwise.
- Pull out and discard the packaging locks
ACTIVATING NORMAL PLAY MODE
The first time the Sandy Snacks-a-LotTM is used, you will need to exit Try-Me mode and activate Normal Play mode.
- Slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to turn the unit On.
- Except for the green pepper, feed Sandy other snack pieces.
You will hear three beep sounds to indicate that the Normal Play mode is activated.
GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned Off.
- Find the battery cover located at the bottom of Sandy and use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 4 AA (AM-3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure it.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries
WARNING:
Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach of children.

Off/Low/High Volume Switch
Slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to turn ON the unit and choose low or high volume -
Head Sensor
Touch Sandy’s head as shown in the picture to hear different fun sounds. -
Learning Button
Press the Learning Button to hear interactive phrases about colors and various snacks. -
Music Button
Press the Music Button to hear Sandy sing fun songs. -
Mouth Sensor
The Mouth Sensor is located on Sandy’s chin directly under her mouth. Hold your hand or a snack piece in front of the sensor and Sandy will open her mouth. -
8 Snack Pieces
When Sandy’s mouth opens, place a snack piece directly on her tongue to watch her react.
Note: Only feed Sandy the 8 Snack Pieces provided with this toy (Do not insert other items into Sandy’s mouth.) -
Identification Sensor
The sensor will identify the Snack Piece once it is inside Sandy’s mouth. She will react and tell you how she feels. -
Snack Piece Storage
Open the storage door at the base of Sandy’s tail and place the SNACK PIECES into the compartment -
How to open and close the storage door
To open, pull the locking tab upward (the door will then fall open).
To close, align the door in the slot and press firmly. You will hear a “click” sound to confirm the door is secure. -
Mood Light
The Mood Light will change colors when Sandy is talking or singing. It will also reflect her mood when Sandy is eating. -
Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the Sandy Snacks-a-LotTM will shut OFF automatically after several minutes without input. The unit can be turned ON again by sliding the Off/Low/High Volume Switch. Sandy’s belly will flash in red three times and then automatically turn OFF when the batteries are very low.

Do not force Sandy’s mouth open or closed with your hands.

Do not put fingers in Sandy’s mouth.
ACTIVITIES
- Press the Learning Button to learn color facts or hear Sandy talk about snacks.
- Press the Music Button to hear Sandy sing and to watch her light change colors.
- Touch Sandy’s head to comfort her and show her affection. When Sandy is singing, touch her head and you will hear fun sounds jammed in the song.
- Choose from 8 Snack Pieces to feed Sandy and watch her react. If she is full, she will hiccup. If you feed her too many snack pieces she doesn’t like, watch out, she might fart!

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces or expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of new batteries.
