Product Usage Instructions

S-145 Wireless Remote

  1. Pair the wireless remote with the control box.
  2. To extend the actuator:
    • Long press the button to extend the actuator.
    • Release the button to stop the actuator.
  3. To retract the actuator:
    • Long press the button to retract the actuator.
    • Release the button to stop the actuator.
  4. The backlight will automatically turn off about 3 seconds after releasing all buttons.

S-146 Wired Remote

  1. To retract the actuator:
    • Long press the button to retract the actuator.
    • Release the button to stop the actuator.
  2. To extend the actuator:
    • Long press the button to extend the actuator.
    • Release the button to stop the actuator.
  3. To unlock/lock actuator:
    • Slide the switch to unlock the icon to control the actuator work.
    • Slide the switch to the lock icon to stop the actuator from working.

Attention
Type-A (USB) / Type-C (fast charging) ports may generate heat during power supply use. Ensure safety by implementing internal temperature control protection measures in the handset controller.

Operation instruction

Preparation : Connect all parts according to the Overall wiring diagram
According to Pair the wireless remote with the control box
Perform the following operations by pressing the button

  • The backlight lights up during press any buttons. The backlight will automatically turn off about 3 seconds after all buttons are released.

Attention:

  1. Type-A (USB) / Type-C (fast charging) When using the power supply to supply power, the Type-A (USB) / Type-C port (fast charging port) has more heat generation, and the installation position space of the handset controller is relatively closed. For safe use, set up the following protection measures in the handset controller:

When the internal temperature control protection exceeds the protection value, the USB port will stop charging and automatically resume charging when the internal temperature drops below the protection point.

四、 Pair the wireless remote with the control box

Operation instruction

  • Step 1 : Power on the control box (Preparation: power on after the actuator is connected according to the overall wiring diagram ). After powering the system, the control box enters the pairing mode and the time is within 60S.
    Note: If you do not enter the second step after 60 seconds, remove the power supply and wait until 60 seconds to power it on again, then follow up Step 1.

  • Step 2 : Pick up the wireless remote press buttons at the same time and hold for more than three seconds until you hear a “beep” from the control box, indicating that the pairing is successful. Otherwise, repeat all the steps above.
    Note:

    • If the wireless remote is lost, replace the new remote control and repeat the above steps 1 and 2.

Common fault and solution

Fault phenomenon Possible causes Solution

| 1.  The backlight of the wireless remote is blinking, which means the battery is insufficient.

  1. Use indoors as far as possible, avoid sun exposure, rain, and moisture, and use in extreme temperatures.
  2. If the surface is wet and stagnant, disconnect the power supply and stop using it immediately.
