OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

First, insert the suction cups from the foam side into the eyes on the lower edge of the windscreen protector, see Figure 1. The suction cups can now remain in the eyes for all further uses.

Position the windscreen protector upright and fold away from the windscreen. With some vehicles, the windscreen wipers must first be moved to a maintenance position, to find out more, consult the manual of your vehicle.

Suction cups are only available for article numbers 32306 and 32307
Open the driver and passenger doors of your vehicle. Place the windscreen protector on the windscreen with the foam side down. The securing loops on the sides should be at the top, right, and left, and the suction cups at the bottom. Align the windscreen protector to ensure that as much of the windscreen is covered as possible. Clean the parts of the windscreen that you will be attaching the suction cups to. Pull the securing loops around the A-columns (side frames of the windscreen) and close the doors, Figure 2. The knob at the end of the securing loop means that the windscreen protector cannot be pulled out and is thus secured to prevent theft. Smooth out the windscreen protector and press to secure the suction cups. Fold the windscreen wipers back to rest on the windscreen. To remove the windscreen protector, proceed in reverse order.

First, remove the windscreen protector before switching on the ignition of your vehicle. The windscreen wipers may be returned to their resting position when the vehicle is switched on. If the windscreen protector is still in place, it may be damaged or may damage the wipers.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE

  • Maintenance
The windscreen protector is maintenance-free when used for the intended purpose.

  • Care
Allow the windscreen protector to dry fully before storing it for a longer time. Keep the suction cups clean to ensure optimum adhesion.
