Operating Manual

Installation instruction of scale

Notice:

1. Check package and make sure there is no damage
2. Take out the parts carefully to avoid collision.

Notice:

1. Be careful to place the cable to avoid broken the cable.

2. Avoid to pull connector of cable directly.

3. Place the cable through pillar then fix indicator onto the pillar.

4. Connect the indicator and load cell cable and put cable into pillar.

5. Fix indicator pillar on the scale with 3pcs M5 bolts.

6. Make the height rod through the hole of indicator installation base, then completely tight into installation base of height rod clockwise (now the distance from measurer to scale platform is 80cm)

7. Adjust right position of indicator and tighten the installation base of indicator and screws after height rod and indicator pillar are paralleled.

Notice: 1. Put the scale on flat floor during installation.

1. Only pull out slender rod when height range is in 80-140cm. The height data can be read on Pic A.
2. When height range is in 140-210cm, completely pull out slender rod and take out thick rod in middleaccording to height. The height data can be read on Pic B.

Notice: 1. During measuring, please pull out slender rod I first. Pullout thick rod in middie 2 only after slender rod I is completely pull out When reading the data, please make sure the sight is horizontal to the mark

Operating instruction

1. On/Off
   On: Press On/Off key. It will show model and version then ready for weighing Off: Press On/Off key and hold for 3 seconds indicator will power off.

2. BMI operation
   a. In standard weighing mode, a person stands on scale
   b. After indicator is stable press BMI key. It will show HI 1.75 while last digit is flashing.
   C. Press BMI key to move to the digit which needs to be modified. Press Print key to
   change the height of the person (from 0-9). Press [Tare] key to confirm input height.
   d. Indicator calculate BMI automatically and show [b XX. XX] e. Press [Tare] or [Zero] key to exit BMI mode.

3. Zero
   When weight is in setting range press [Zero] key to make it shows “0” and [Zero] light appears.

4. Tare
   If consider the weight on scale as tare-weight, press [Tare] key to display 0 and NET light appears.

5. HOLD
   In standard weighing mode press [HOLD] key to hold present weight and [HOLD] light appears. If weight is in lock mode.press [HOLD] key to cancel weight, return to normal weighing mode [HOLD] light extinct.

6. Weight Unit Convert
   In standard weighing mode press [UNIT] key for 3 seconds. The indicator will change the unit between kg and Ib and correspond kg and lb will light.

Err1: Incorrect password
Err2: Out of setting range
Err3: Weight is too light for calibration
Err4: Zero not allow due to weight is out of Zero range.
Err5: Scale is not stable to Tare.
Err6: No Tare due to weight is lower than 0.
A. Don’t use scale in below area:
In vibrate, awing area
Directly sunshine area.
High temperature, dust, wet area.
B. AC power should have good ground to ensure safety using.
C. When use DC power, please recharge the battery on time.
Whennot using the scale, turn off the power.
D. NEVER use solvents(such as benzene, nitro class oil) to clean scale.
E. NO WATER and DUST to avoid damage of the scale.
F. Weighing indicator is precision measuring instrument. It ONLY can be maintained and adjust by approved engineer or our company staff. Disassembly or maintain by any other party would make the warranty invalid and could damage the scale.

Caution: Incorrect setting may stopindicator or cause unknown problem.

Press [Tare] key for a while,—–>[pd 000], and enter password 203 to enter setting menu.
F1: capacity setting [F1 CAP] Set from 1-10000, default 200
F2: Position of decimal point [F2 dP] Set 0-3, default 2
F3: Division [F3 Inc] Setting 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, default 5
F4: Calibrate Scale [F4 CAL] E_CAL:Zero setting
LoAd: Load weights
[XXXX.XX]:Input weight
F5: Filter setting [F5 Fit] 0: Low filter 1: Medium filter 2: High filter, default 1
F6:Auto Zero range [F6 bZ] Could set OFF to stop Zero by key
20:20%CAP;
50:50%CAP;
100:100% CAP Default 20
F7: Auto Zero tracking range [F7 AZ] 0: No Zero tracking: 1:10:2:2:3:3:4:4d;5:5d
Default 3D
F8:Power-on Zero range [F8 PZ] OFF: no Zero when power on

100:100%CAP Default 20
F9: Factory Default Setting [F9 Rst] Choose 1 to load factory default settings.
