Product Usage Instructions
1. Install Drive Software:
1.1. Connect the 180 USB kit to your PC for the first time.
1.2. Insert the attached CD ROM and run VCP_1.3.1_Setup based on
your computer’s configuration (32-bit or 64-bit).
1.3. Plug in the USB kit to the PC after running the setup. The
PC should automatically detect it.
1.4. Check if the virtual com port communication is successful
in the device manager.
Note: If the port number is above 4, change it to
COM3.
2. Run Enscalesetup:
After installing the drive software, run Enscalesetup to ensure
compatibility with different computers.
3. Run Weighing Software:
After running Enscalesetup, users can start the weighing
software.
3.1. Select COM to COM3 and press OPEN.
3.2. The software interface will display the QUERY area for
statistical analysis.
3.3. Users can perform statistics using different methods such
as Time, CN, and SN.
3.4. Clear statistics using the CLEAR button and export data
using the EXPORT button to an Excel file.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How do I change the com port number to COM3?
A: In the device manager, locate the USB kit device,
right-click, select Properties, go to the Port Settings tab, and
change the port number to COM3.
Q: Can I run the weighing software without installing
Enscalesetup?
A: It is recommended to run Enscalesetup before using the
weighing software to ensure compatibility across different
computers.

1. Install drive software
When 180 USB kit connect to PC first time, PC will request drive software(some
PC can auto distinguish it, no need to run drive software) , please run drive
software at first, the drive software are in attach CD ROM. Insert CD ROM,
running ” VCP_1.3.1_Setup”(please choose 32 or 64 according to your computer
configuration)
After ” VCP_1.3.1_Setup”be running,plug in USB kit to PC, PC will auto find
it. you can open device manager to check virtual com port communication is
successful or not .if the device manager have below pictorial prompts it means
it is successful.
Note: the port number is random,if the port number more than 4,you need to
change it ,normally can change it to “COM3”.
2. Run Enscalesetup
After run drive software, Run Enscalesetup, this program make sure that
weighing software can run in different computer.

3. Run weighing software
After run Enscalesetupuser can run weighing software
Choose COM to COM3, then press OPEN, it display as follows:
Now the computer can receive the data from 180 indicator. After test stable, STB light will become red, we have two data save method, one is auto storage(tick before AUTO STORAGE), it can save data after every test stable. Another is save manually, after STB before red, press MANUAL STORAGE,the data save manually. RE-SUM used for Accumulated again, CLEAR used for restart the Times and SUM At the page top right, CN means Cargo number(user can define it by themselves) SN means serial number(user can also define it) After several test, it display as follows:

QUERY area are statistics area. There are 3 statistics method. 1 Stactistics
by Timetick before Time, and choose start and end time, press
QUERY, Below the test data will appear a form, list all data between this
period. 2 Stactistics by CNtick before CN, and choose CN number, press QUERY,

Stactistics by SNtick before SN, and choose SN number, press QUERY, Below
the test data will appear a form, list all data according to the SN number
User also can statistics with combination. CLEAR used for clear current
statistics methd. EXPORT used for export all data which in current statistics
method to Excel format file, user can define the file name by themselves.
