Description of Parts

  1. Press the two buttons simultaneously to open.
  2. Remove insert before filling.
  3. Tilt the lever up to release the pump.
  4. Press down on the end of the lever to dispense drinks.
  5. Close the pump by pressing down the button as indicated.

the product before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the instructions for use and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to third parties, ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.

Intended use

This product is intended for keeping drinks both warm and cold. Other uses or modification of the product shall be considered
as improper use and may lead to injury or damage. The manufacturer will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from improper use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

WARNING! DANGER OF DEATH AND INJURY FOR CHILDREN AND TODDLERS!
Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material and product. Danger of suffocation from the packaging and burns from hot liquids. Children rarely understand the dangers.

  • The product is not a toy! Do not leave children unattended with the product. Children are often unaware of dangers and could burn or injure themselves.
  • WARNING! The inner glass flask is fragile. If mishandled or dropped the inner glass flask may break. Do not drink directly from the product as the water / liquid could contain broken glass, especially if there are signs of leakage.
  • CAUTION! DANGER OF BURNS! Be careful when pouring hot liquids. Avoid skin contact. You could burn or injure yourself as a consequence. Never drink hot liquids directly out of the product.
  • CAUTION! Do not use the product to store or carry carbonated drinks, ice cubes and dry ice. The inner glass flask could break.
  • Do not fill the product with alcoholic or oily liquids.
  • In order to minimise bacterial growth, do not use the product to keep warm milk products or baby food.
  • FOOD SAFE! This product does not influence taste and odour characteristics.
  • Pre-heat or pre-cool the container with water to ensure efficient  use and to reduce the risk of breakage of the glass filler.
  • Never use microwave or conventional ovens for this purpose.
  • Do not disassemble the product, the inner glass flask could break.
  • Do not expose the product to rapid and large temperature fluctuations. Failure to observe this advice may result in damage to the product.

Always stand the product upright on a level, flat surface, such as a table top. Any other position could result in the contents leaking.
Never stand the product on hot surfaces. This could damage the product.

Use

  • CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! Take suitable precautions to prevent injury to your hands when pouring out the hot water /  hot liquid.
  • Clean this product thoroughly with warm water before initial use or after storage.
  • Note: Do not fill the product with ice cold water directly after the product has contained a hot liquid. Cool the product with lukewarm water first.
  • To fill the product, pick up the insert [2] and pour in the liquid. The product achieves its optimum heat or cold retention time when it is completely filled. Place the insert [2] back on again after filling.
  • Note: Never fill the product higher than 2 cm from the top of the neck. When closing the product, the stopper must not come into contact the water / liquid.
  • To pour the liquid out of the product, press down the  button [3] (see fig. A) and pour the desired amount of liquid into the drinking cup.
  • Store the product after it has been emptied and cleaned so that it is open and can dry out thoroughly.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning the glass liner

  • Clean this glass liner after every use with hot water and a mild detergent. Rinse with cold water.
  • Clean this glass liner with hot water and lemon juice or vinegar at regular intervals to avoid calcium deposit build up.
  • Clean the glass liner at regular intervals with a solution of bicarbonate of soda and hot water to remove any stains. Leave the bicarbonate of soda and water mixture to work for at least an hour. Afterwards rinse out the glass liner with clean water.
  • After cleaning, stand the product open and without the cap until all the parts are completely dry.

Cleaning the product

  • Clean the main body of the flask and the stopper with a damp cloth.
  • Dry it with a soft, lint-free cloth.
  • Never use bleach or abrasive cleaners to clean this product. Never place this product in the dishwasher and do not immerse it under water.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

The product incl. accessories and packaging materials are recyclable and are subject to extended producer responsibility. Dispose them separately, following the illustrated Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste treatment.
The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of material or manufacturing defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Keep
the original sales receipt in a safe location as this document is required as proof of purchase.
Any damage or defects already present at the time of purchase must be reported without delay after unpacking the product.
Should the product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. The warranty period is not extended as a result of a claim being granted. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear and tear, thus considered consumables (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, tubes, cartridges), nor damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches or glass parts.

  • To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions:
  • Please have the till receipt and the item number
  • (IAN 444349_2307) available as proof of purchase.
  • You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
  • If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
  • You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
