INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the PJ Masks Super Learning Flashlight. Flip through nine unique PJ Masks projections to play fun learning games featuring Catboy, Gekko, Owlette, and more. The PJ Masks Super Learning Flashlight includes three exciting modes that test your skills with ABCs, phonics, colors, numbers, counting and more!

WARNING: All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable tags, cable ties, and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE: Please keep this parent’s guide as it contains important information.
NOTE: Do not stare at the operating light source. Do not shine light in your eyes.
Unlock the packaging lock:
- Rotate the packaging lock 90 degrees counterclockwise.
- Pull out the packaging lock.
GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned Off.
- Locate the battery cover and use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 2 new AAA (AM-4/LR03) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.)
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure it.
BATTERY NOTICE
- Use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance
- Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended
- Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable, or new and used batteries
- Do not use damaged batteries
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries
- Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging (if removable)
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision

On/Off/Volume Selector
To turn the unit On, slide the switch from Off to Low or High volume. Slide the switch to Off to turn the unit Off. -
Three Character Buttons
Press one of the three character buttons to hear PJ Mask character voices and sound effects. -
Unique Projections and Flashlight
Turn the top of the flashlight to view nine unique projected stills from the PJ Masks show or turn to Flashlight mode to find your way in the dark.
For the best view of the projections, please aim the flashlight at a blank wall in a dimly lit room, standing one to three feet away from the wall. You may need to adjust your distance so that the images are in clear focus. -
Mode Selector
Slide the Mode Selector to select Super Learning, Discover or Time to Rhyme modes. -
OK Button
Press the OK Button to confirm your selected projection. -
Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the PJ Masks Super Learning Flashlight will automatically shut Off and enter sleep mode after several minutes without input or when the batteries are very low. The unit can be woken up again by pressing the OK Button or by sliding either the Mode Selector or the On/Off/Volume Selector.
NOTE: If the unit powers down while playing, please install a new set of batteries.
NOTE: This product is in Try-Me mode in the packaging. After opening the package, move the On/Off/Volume Selector from High to Low volume and wait for one second. You will hear three beeps, indicating that the toy is now in normal play mode.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat source.
- Remove the batteries when the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the program/activity stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Please turn the unit OFF.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit ON. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the product still does not work, replace it with a new set of batteries.
