Product Introduction
This smart motion sensor, is equipped with automatic valve adjustment technology and automatic temperature compensation technology, so the sensor stability is greatly enhanced, which can effectively prevent the sensor from false alarms and sensor sensitivity reduction caused by temperature changes.
It also adopts wireless networking technology, featuring high security and intelligent linkage characteristics. When the gateway is in “arm” status, once the sensor detects someone moving, it will send alarm signals to the smart gateway and a real-time alarm message will be sent to the user APP through the cloud server.

Networking
-
The sensor has to work with the gateway, please add the gateway to the corresponding APP first.
-
Long press the reset button by the pin key for about 5 seconds to activate the sensor and it will also enter networking status automatically.
-
Open the APP, select the gateway, tap “+” in my gateway page to add a subdevice, select “Smart
Motion Sensor” and continue to operate according to APP prompts. -
WARNING: The sensor must be activated first before normal working.
-
Network inclusion: After activation, the sensor will enter networking status automatically: green LED flashes quickly (5 times/second). When the green LED keeps on for 3 seconds and goes off. APP will prompt network inclusion to be done.
-
If the sensor can not be added to the network successfully within 60 seconds, the green LED will flash slowly for 3 seconds (twice/second) and go off,
APP will prompt network inclusion fails.
Note: Pressing the reset button again during networking status will stop the networking process and the green LED will flash slowly for 3 seconds (twice/second) and go off.
Tips: Due to the APP upgrade and update, this guideline may be slightly different from the actual operation, please follow the instructions in the APP. The user could upgrade to the official latest software version to have a better user experience.

Working status instructions
- Warm-up status : after powered on, the sensor will enter warm-up status for 30 seconds, red LED flash once per second.
- Test status: the sensor will enter test status for about 20 minutes after the warm-up period ends. In test status, when someone moving is detected, the red LED will be on for about 1 second, and meanwhile “someone is moving” is reported to the user APP, if it detects continuous human movement, the red LED is on once/5 seconds, only if the sensor determines that no one is moving and it last for 1 minute, “No one moves” will be reported to user APP.
- Power saving mode: the sensor will enter power saving mode at the end of the test mode. Power saving mode is also the sensor’s long-term working mode. In power saving mode, when someone moving is detected, the red LED will be on for about 1 second, and meanwhile “someone is moving” is reported to the user APP.
If it detects continuous human movement, neither the indicator LED nor the APP
will alert someone moving is detected. Only after “no one moves” is reported,
will the alert function be recovered.
The condition “no one moves” is reported that the sensor determines that no
one moves for a certain period, the value is 1 minute.
Installation
- Installation locations to avoid: It’s forbidden to install the sensor where there is direct exposure to sunshine, under rotatable objects, near the air-conditioner or heat source, pets may touch, or outdoors.
- The installation surface should be solid without vibration.
- Recommended installation locations:
Install the sensor where the intruder may pass by.

FAQ
- Q: What should I do if the sensor does not detect any movement?
- A: If the sensor does not detect any movement for a certain period (1 minute), it will recover the alert function. Continuous human movement may not trigger the alert function until no movement is reported.
- Q: How do I know if the sensor is in networking status?
- A: The red LED will flash quickly (5 times/second) during network inclusion status. The green LED will keep on for 3 seconds and then turn off when networking is done.
