Please tum on game mode when you notice that the sound is lagged behind the video.
Game mode is switched off by default.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Low volume or unclear sound | 1.The surrounding environment is too noisy. |

3.Volume limit set on iPhone.
4.Absolute volume off on Android(SYNC).| 1. As open-ear headphones do not
have noise -canceling function, please do not use them in noisy environments.
2. Ensure that you wear them correctly, refer to the instruction manual for
diagrams.
3. For iPhone users: Tum off the maximum volume limit.
4.For Android users: Tum on the Valume sync.
“The SYNC setting Method may vary for different Android models. Please refer
to the user manual provided by the respective phone manufacturer for the
specific setting
Bass is not strong enough| The default factory equalizer is balanced.| Please
use the equalizer of the playback device to adjust the low frequency band
gain.
Poor Fit| | 1. Refer to the user manual for wearing style and adjust
the wearing position.
2. CT3 Mini is designed to be worn senselessly, and we
have verified through thousands of tests that it will not fall off during
daily exercise.
Headphones won’t charge| There is dirt or oil on the charging pin or charging
contact sheet.| Clean the charging pins and charging contacts with a clean
paper towel or rag. Put the headset back in the headphone case and open the
headphone case again to turn it on.
Headphone case won’t charge| The charging cable is not properly plugged in.
There is a problem with the charging cable or charger.| 1. Make sure the
Type-C charging cable is plugged into place
2. Try to change another 5V 2A charging adapter for charging, or try to
different charging cable.
No sound form the headphones while on
the call.| The audio setting of the call is wrong.| Please switch your phone’s
audio mode to CT3 Mini.
The sound is lagged behind the video.
(Pictures and sounds are out of sync.)| Some TVS or PCS are not Bluetooth
compatible with headphones.| 1.Turn on the game mode to solve the problem.
2.If the game mode still does not solve the problem, please consult the
corresponding TV manufacturer or computer manufacturer on how to set it up
(Different TV manufacturers or computer manufacturers have different Setting
ways.).
CT3 Mini cannot connect to cell phone
or cannoot be searched.| It is possible to connect to other devices by
mistake.| Restore factory settings and clear the pairing record of
“Blitzrock CT3 Mini” in your phone and refresh the search.

- When the green indicator of he headset blinks for 3 times, the reset is cormplette
