Product Usage Instructions
- Setting It Up
- Connect the light bar to the USB Type C port of your PC directly for optimal performance.
- The recommended screen-frame thickness is 0.5 to 4.5 cm / 0.2 to 1.8 in. Ensure compatibility with various monitor sizes and curvature types.
- Customizing the Lighting
- Via Mobile Device using the Razer Gamer Room App (Required)
- Download and launch the Razer Gamer Room app on your mobile device.
- Power on the light bar.
- Follow the onscreen instructions, scan the QR code on the light bar, and ensure your mobile device is on a 2.4 GHz network.
- Via PC/Laptop using the Razer Synapse App
- Ensure the light bar is set up on your network using the Razer Gamer Room app and your PC is on the same network.
- Update Razer Synapse to the latest version or download its installer from razer.com/synapse.
- Power on the light bar and follow the setup instructions in Razer Synapse to customize the Monitor Light Bar.
- Understanding Pairing Mode
- Reactivating Pairing Mode: Power off and on the light bar to reactivate pairing mode if needed.
- Resetting to Factory Settings: Press and hold the RGB and Power buttons for four (4) seconds to reset and activate pairing mode for pairing with a new device.

SETTING IT UP
- For optimal performance, make sure to connect the light bar to the USB Type C port of your PC directly.
- The recommended screen-frame thickness is 0.5 to 4.5 cm / 0.2 to 1.8 in. The light bar is compatible with various monitor sizes and curvature types.
CUSTOMIZING THE LIGHTING
- A. VIA MOBILE DEVICE USING THE RAZER GAMER ROOM APP (REQUIRED)
- Power on
- Launch the app, follow the onscreen instructions, and scan the QR code on the light bar.
- Please make sure that your mobile device is on your preferred 2.4 GHz network.
- You can now customize the Monitor Light Bar using the Razer Gamer Room app.
- B. VIA PC / LAPTOP USING THE RAZER SYNAPSE APP
- Before proceeding, make sure the light bar is already set up on your network (via the Razer Gamer Room app) and your PC is on the same network.
- Update Razer Synapse to its latest version or download its installer from razer.com/synapse. Registering for a Razer ID account is recommended but optional. You may continue as a guest; however, you won’t be able to store any of your settings on the cloud.
- Update Razer Synapse when prompted, and wait for Razer Synapse to set up the light bar.
- You can now customize the Monitor Light Bar using Razer Synapse.
UNDERSTANDING PAIRING MODE
Reactivating pairing mode
- Pairing mode is required when setting up the light bar from the Razer Gamer Room app. It activates when you power on the light bar and deactivates after 5 minutes if the light bar remains unpaired.
- To reactivate pairing mode, power off and on the light bar.
Resetting to factory settings
- Once connected, a reset is required to pair the light bar to a new device. To reset, press and hold the RGB and Power buttons for four (4) seconds.
- The back lighting will briefly cycle through colors before displaying a wave effect, indicating the reset and activation of pairing mode.

- When both lights are disabled, the light bar is considered ‘powered off’. Simply press the power button to power it on, and the light bar will use the last disabled lighting.
- Adjusting the white light temperature
- Customizing the Chroma effect
- WHITE > RED > ORANGE > YELLOW > RAZER GREEN > BLUE > INDIGO > PURPLE > SPECTRUM CYCLING > WAVE (LEFT) > WAVE (RIGHT) > WAVE (DIVERGING) > WAVE (CONVERGING)
- Repeat until the desired lighting effect is active.
Adjusting the brightness of any mode
- To adjust the brightness of Chroma lighting:

RESETTING TO FACTORY SETTINGS
Once connected, a reset is required to connect the light bar to a new device.
- Press and hold the RGB and Power button for 4 seconds.
- Wait for the light bar to briefly shift between colors before displaying a wave (diverging) effect. This indicates that the light bar has been reset and is now in pairing mode.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
SAFETY GUIDELINES
- To achieve maximum safety while using your Monitor Light Bar, we suggest that you adopt the following guidelines:
- Should you have trouble operating the device properly and troubleshooting does not work, unplug the device and contact the Razer hotline or go to support.razer.com for assistance.
- Don’t take apart the device, and don’t attempt to operate it under abnormal current loads.
- Doing so will void your warranty.
- Only use the light bar indoors.
- Organize the light bar’s cable to ensure that objects don’t tug, pinch, or damage it.
- If the screen bar will not be used for an extended period, please power it off or unplug it.
- Keep the light bar away from liquid, humidity, or moisture.
- Operate the device only within the specific temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F). Should the temperature exceed this range, unplug and/or switch off the light bar to stabilize the temperature to an optimal level.
- For indoor use only.
- The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed.
- This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class F.
MAINTENANCE AND USE
The Monitor Light Bar requires minimum maintenance to keep it in optimum condition. Once a month, we recommend you unplug the light bar from the computer and clean it using a soft cloth or cotton swab to prevent dirt buildup. Don’t use soap or harsh cleaning agents.
