Attach the device to the foot mat
Pull out the insulator of the remote control

Buttons & Operation

Power Button
Pressing this button 3sec to power on and start mode 1. The red indicator lights up. Press the button again for 3 seconds to turn off the device.
Mode Button
Press this button to change the massage mode. Each press can change from model to mode 8.
Intensity Button
Press the”+” button to increase the intensity of the massage. Press the”-” button to reduce the intensity of the massage. You can set it from intensity1 to intensity16. The green indicator lights up.

Note:
It will auto-shutdown after 15 minutes of use, so as to prevent discomfort

APP

In order to provide more intelligent and convenient operation, ErgoRelax developed an APP for you. It also will add more functions to the APP for you.

Note:

Search”ErgoRelax” in the App Store or in the Google Play and then download the app.
In order to give you a better experience, the app may be updated in the future and the following images may be different from your app.

Register your account with your email address
Log in to your account
Add device
Add your message product.
Connect Bluetooth and select your product Bluetooth number (ERXXXXXXX)
Click on any mode you want to massage.
Choose the loop you like
Click “my favorite” mode
Drag your favorite mode into the box

Note:

After selecting my favorite mode, your boot mode will be set to the current mode.
There are 3 loops to choose from, including single/order/shuffle.
- Single : That’s the default loop, it will only be used in the current mode unless you change the mode manually.
- Order : When you choose “order”, modes will begin the message in order from 1 to 8.
- Shuffle : When you choose “shuffle”, you will feel a different mode at different times, it’s not a fixed mode.

Charge

Please charge first when you use it for the first time It’s charged by a 5V/1A adapter, safe and reliable. You can use your cellphone charger or other USB charger. It does not support fast charging and may not be able to charge it if you use a fast charging plug.

When the battery is low, the indicator light flashes to remind you to charge in time.
Use the DC 5V adapter to connect one end of the product and the other to the power supply to start charging.
When charging, the blue indicator light breaths, and the indicator light goes out after the battery is full.

Note:
Do not use the fast charger, it may not charge your massager.

Maintenance

When cleaning the product, the control box was removed from the massage pad. If dirty, only need to rinse with water to dry, do not brush it
