INTERMEDIA 1YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Thank you for purchasing an Entermedia (ET) product. ET warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under generally accepted industry standards for a period of one (1) year for labor and parts from the date of retail purchase.
ET’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms and conditions set forth below :

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. It a defect or defects exist, at its option, ET will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts provided the product does not fall into one of the categories of Section Number 8, “The warranty does not cover as below:” Replacement parts are warranted for the balance of the original applicable warranty period.
2. To obtain warranty protection, notice of the alleged defects must be given promptly upon discovery and this warranty card bearing the date of purchase, the product’s model number with its serial number and other fill-ins must be presented with dated proof of purchase (Tax invoice / receipt ) to one of our authorized service centers.
3. Our decision on all questions with respect to complaints as a result of defects, either materials or workmanship, shall be conclusive.
4. In order to ensure that you are covered by the warranty, you should use only genuine ET parts and components such as adaptors, cables provided during installation.
5. Entermedia or Authorized Service Centers will repair products under warranty at no charge, given all guidelines and restrictions are followed. Shipping expenses may or may not apply to customer depending on the region. Please contact local service center as provided by ET before sending any units in for repair.
6. After warranty period, to have normal service, customers shall bear all costs in shipping the product(s) both ways ( Customers to service centers and Service centers to customers).
7. All retumed products must be packaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package, The recipient (service center(s) or even ET ) is not responsible for any product that is lost or damaged in transit.
8. The warranty does not cover :
9. Defects, damage and breakage resulting from accidents, misuse (breakage, spillage of food / Equid substances that defect the product and parts such as P.C,B, battery leakage and etc.),
10. wrong usage of electrical supply and voltage, abuse, altemation, modification, improper testing(operation, installation), tampering or failure of the purchaser to follow normal operating procedures described in the user’s manual.
11. Product subjected to unauthorized disassembly and/or repairs which adversely affect the performance of the product.
12. In case of non-authorized third party engagement.
13. Normal and customary wear and tear, corrosion, rusting or stains. Scratches and damages to the outer surface areas and externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
14. Claims for damaged/missing parts or accessories after 3 days from the original date of goods received.
15. Product which has its serial number removed or akered or made legible / tampered.
16. If the warranty card has been akered, defaced or erased in any manner whatsoever.
17. The warranty period for a voice coil inside the mic ball, adaptor and cables is 3 months from the date of a retail purchase.
18. Any service charge due to the clauses of “The warranty does not cover” will be billed to customers and the service charge will vary depending on each service center in each country. Please consult the service charge with your nearest service center.

2. Q I want to use my MAGICSING with computer!
   Unfortunately, we currently do not support connecting MAGICS NG with a PC, You can only connect MAGICSING to TVs or PC monitors with HDMI ports.

3. How can I update the Song List of my MAGICSING?
   A  As MAGICSING is a streaming-based karaoke system, you can easily access the newest Song List through the MAGICSING karaoke app.

4. Is the MAGICSING karaoke app required for playing my MAGICSING?
   You can enjoy MAGICSING’s built-in song list without paying for the MAGICSING karaoke app. However, with the app, you gain access to amazing features like an unlimited song list and the ability to use your phone as a remote controller.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

# MAGICSING REQUIRES A Wi-Fi CONNECTION TO WORK PROPERLY

• Ensure that your internet connection is active and that you have the required login credentials to connect to a wireless network.

To get started, you wil need

• MAGICSING Entertainment System.
• HDTV and Wi-Fi connection.

Quick Start Guide
Please proceed with the following steos to start your MAGICSING and enjoy a magical experience.

STEP 1 Connect the MAGICSING

1. The MAGICSING Karaoke and wireless microphones come with built-in rechargeable batteries.
2. To charge the main unit, connect the AC adapter to the DC in jack located on the back of the main unit. Ensure it’s fully charged before using it for the first time.
3. For the wireless microphone, use a charging cable to connect it to the USB-C port located on the bottom. Make sure to fully charge it before using it for the first time.

STEP 2 Turn on the MAGICSING

1. Turn on the power button located on the back of the main unit. Ensure that the Green LED light is on.
2. To turn on the wireless microphone, press and hold the power button until the “P-on” message is displayed on the LCD of the wireless microphone.

Tip Connecting external speakers

1. Method 1: Plug an RCA cable into the LINE OUT (RCA) terminals on the back of the main unit. Make sure to match the cable color to the corresponding terminal color
2. Method 2: Connect speaker wires (not included) to the SPEAKER OUT jack on the back of the main unit.

Tip Connecting external display / TV

• Connect one end of an HDTV cable to the main unit.
• Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on your TV.
• Make sure to select the correct input setting on your TV.

CAUTION:
When using MAGICSING karaoke, connecting or disconnecting an external display will cause it to restart.

TIP
Connecting and adjusting the volume of a wired microphone and a guitar (musical instrument)

• Wired microphone: Plug a wired microphone into the microphone jack on the back of the main unit. Control the microphone volume by adjusting the microphone volume dial.
• Guitar Instrument) : Plug your guitar into the designated guitar jack on the back of the main unit. Control the volume of your guitar by adjusting the guitar volume dial.

STEP 3 Connecting MAGICSING to Internet

You must have an internet connection to use the MAGICSING Karaoke. 1. Select the network icon on the home screen.

• iTo Connect to Wireless Internet(Wi-Fi)
  1. Choose the AP(Access Point) you want to connect to from the list of available wireless networks
  2. It the network requires a password, enter it.
  3. When Wi-Fi is connected, the Wi-Fi antenna icon will appear in the upper right corner of the screen
• To Connect to Wired Internet (Ethernet)
  1.  Connect the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the Main Unit.
  2. The Ethernet setup menu will appear automatically when the cable is connected.
  3. The connection will default to DHCP mode.
  4. When the wired internet is connected, the wired connection indicator will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

STEP 4 Connecting MAGICSING to the Internet

• HOME SCREEN MENU
• KARAOKE: Play songs from the MAGICSING song library.
• YOUTUBE: Enjoy YouTube videos.
• AUDIO INPUT: Connect external devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.) via Bluetooth or LINE IN to use ATK1000 as a speaker.
• MEDIA: Play movies, photos, music, and more from a USB memory or TF card,
• NETWORK: Connect to wired or wireless internet.
• SETTINGS: Configure the ATK1000 system settings.
• APPS: Run additional apps.

MAGICSING Karaoke
Main Screen

• Song List: Shows search resulis and information. Scroll down to see more list. Tap a song to play it. Select another song while one s playing to queue it next. Press Priority button to play your chosen song immediately after the current one, even if others are queued up.

• Current Song / Next Song: Shows what s playing now and what’s coming up.

• Volume Control: Adjust music, microphone, and echo levels.

• Adjusting Key: Change the pitch of the music,

• Adjusting Tempo: Change the speed of the background music.

• Search Songs: Find songs by tide or singer.

• Voice Search: Find songs by speaking into the microphone,

• Karaoke Control: Adjust instrument volume, accompaniment setting, skip intro/interlude, pause/play, stop, play the next song, add effects, hear guide vocals, view sheet music, or see the score.

• Queued Songs: Shows the number of scheduled songs. Tap to view the Scheduled Songs list.

• Karaoke Screen: Appears when no external display is connected, Tap to switch to a full karaoke screen, hiding the main screen. Tap the karaoke screen to return to the main screen.

• Exit: Leaves karaoke mode and returns to the home screen,
  Bluetooth: Connect external devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.) via Bluetooth to use ATK1000 as a speaker.

• QR Code: This shows a QR code you can scan to connect with the MAGICSING mobile app.

Tip Tip Connecting your mobile phone to your MAGICSING using the MAGICSING App

1. How to install MAGICSING App
   • Scan the “Download QR” code to install the MAGICSING App. Download QR code
2. How to pair MAGICSING app with your MAGICSING
   • Open the MAGICSING Karaoke App and navigate to the “Configuration” section.
   • Select “Scan QR code” and use your phone’s camera to scan the QR code displayed on the TV screen.
3. How to use MAGICSING App with your MAGICSING
   • After pairing the MAGICSING App with your MAGICSING, the screen color in the App changes from orange to blue.
   • To play on your TV: Select a song you’d like to play, and then tap the play button.
   • To play on your PHONE: Select a song you’d like to play, and then tap the same song tide agair.

• Subscribe to the MAGICSING App to enjoy unlimited access to over 300,000 songs from around the world. Without a subscription, you can preview songs for 30 seconds.

  • KARAOKE Screen

  • Song Lyrics: Displays the lyrics of the song, color-coordinated with the accompaniment.

  • Sheet Music: Shows the melody’s sheet music,

  • Real-time Score: If enabled, displays the score for each of the two microphones in real time.
