Product Introduction
The UniWhale Smart Baby Care is a home infant health care aid designed for infants and young children aged 0 to 5 years old. It consists of a Smart Baby Tag, Smart Station, and a USB charging cable.

Setup
Ensure all components are included in the package. If any items are missing, contact support@uniwhale.com with photos of the received products.

How to Wear
Follow the instructions below to wear the Smart Baby Tag correctly:

  1. Ensure the patch has sufficient power before use.
  2. Attach the sensor end to your baby’s belly using a diaper or baby strap accessory for stability.
  3. Choose the right size diaper and adjust tightness to ensure proper contact with the baby’s skin.

  2. 「Smart Baby Tag」needs to be used in conjunction with 「Smart Care Station」 and 「UniWhale APP」.
  3. The 「Smart Care Station」 can only be used in conjunction with the 「Smart Baby Tag」.
  4. This product is only suitable for healthy infants and young children aged 0~5 years old and needs to be used correctly with standard accessories for different ages.
  5. This device is not intended to provide use by users (including children) with insufficient physiological, perceptual, mental capacity, experience or knowledge.
  6. Before use, please confirm that the patch has sufficient power, and wear and use it correctly according to the instructions in this user manual to achieve the most accurate and safe measurement effect. as:
  7. Before the patch is clamped into the diaper, fold the diaper tip outwards so that the product can grip the diaper tightly, or use a toddler/belly circumference to attach the sensor end to your baby’s belly.
  8. Choose the right size diaper for your baby and adjust the tightness of the diaper to fit your baby’s shape. If the diaper is too loose, the patch may not be able to touch the baby’s skin.
  9. If the diaper is not easy to hold the patch stably, it is recommended to purchase additional baby strap accessories, which can assist in more properly attaching the sensor end to the baby’s skin.
  10. This product is designed to be water-repellent and can be wiped clean with alcohol (or water, mild detergent). It is forbidden to soak in water or rinse this product directly, as liquid penetration will cause damage to the sensor in the patch.
  11. This product is suitable for storage in the temperature range of -20°C ~ 60°C (-4°F ~ 140°F), and the operation should be placed in an environment below 10°C ~ 35°C (50°F ~ 95°F).
  12. If the product is damaged (such as the appearance of the patch is damaged), please stop using it immediately to avoid risk during use.
  13. The Smart Care Station and the Smart Baby Patch must be placed in the same open space and the distance between the two should not exceed 5 meters.
  14. The USB type-C power cable must be prevented from being handled by children and should be kept at least 0.9 meters away from the crib to avoid the risk of suffocation around the neck.
  15. If you notice any discomfort (e.g. redness, swelling, itchiness, etc.), remove the patch immediately and stop using it, consult a medical professional or seek medical attention immediately.
  16. Do not attempt to disassemble or reassemble this product yourself.
  17. Contains lithium batteries, and discarded components must be recycled or discarded after proper disposal to avoid environmental pollution.
  18. To avoid the risk of accidental ingestion, remove the protective film and sticker from the patch.
  19. Charge at least once every 30 days to protect the life of the lithium battery

Charging

  • Connect the USB-C charging port of the Smart Care Station to the power cable. (The charging cable must be TYPE A on one end and TYPE C on the other).
  • Place Smart Tag as the left picture shown.
  • For the first time to use Smart Baby Tag, please place the patch in Smart Care Station to charge for at least 10 minutes.
  • When the station is connected to the power, the night light will start flashing white.
