Product Usage Instructions

Setup

1. Install the software from www.zebra.com/setup
2. Set up your printer according to the provided manual

Loading Media and Ribbon

1. Connect the power supply.
2. Load media by following the instructions in the manual.
3. Load ribbon by opening and placing the roll on the holder as instructed.

Power On and Printing

1. Power on the printer.
2. Perform Media Calibration by pressing and holding the FEED button until the Status…
3. Test Print Configuration Report by pressing and holding the FEED button until the Status…

Install Software

• Download and Install Zebra Setup Utilities
• Includes Windows Printer Driver Files.

Set Up Your Printer

Load Media

1. Open and place roll on holder
2. Push the paper under guides.
3. Align sensor near center (default).

Load Ribbon

• Insert Ribbon Take-Up Core. Insert Ribbon Supply.
• Pull ribbon leader and attach to take-up core. Wind forward

Power On and Print

• Press and release Power Button. Lights will cycle.
• Printer Ready when Status Light is steady Green

Perform Media Calibration:

• Press and hold the FEED button until the Status
• Light blinks off and on TWICE, then release.

Test Print Configuration Report:

• Press and hold the FEED button until the Status
• Light blinks off and on ONCE, then release
