Product Usage Instructions

Kit Contents
Please review the table below to ensure you have received all the necessary components before starting the installation:

Stock Components Removal
Follow these steps to remove the stock components:

  1. Use a T15 driver to remove the specified screws and bolts.
  2. Utilize a non-marring pry tool for clips removal.
  3. Remove the bumper carefully, disconnecting the indicated
    connector if needed.

Big Mouth Installation
Follow these steps to install the Big Mouth intake:

  1. Position the Big Mouth as shown in the diagram, ensuring proper placement.
  2. Mount the plate and insert bolts through the designated holes.
  3. Tighten the nuts in an alternating pattern, avoiding overtightening.

Finalize
Re-install the bumper following the same steps as removal to complete the installation.

Stock Components Removal
Use a T15 driver to remove the 8 screws shown below. The pop-up clips at the ends can be removed with a non-marring pry tool.

Stock Components Removal
Use a T15 driver to remove the 4 screws shown below. Proceed to remove the 5 bolts (7mm) behind the fender liner that retain the bumper. Repeat on opposite side.

Stock Components Removal
Locate and remove the 12 bolts (7mm) that trace the edge of the bumper (not all the bolts are shown below)

Stock Components Removal
Proceed to unclip the bumper and handle gently. The bumper cannot be fully removed unless the indicated connector is disconnected. However, full bumper removal is not necessary if you can rest the bumper on a block without stressing the wire loom.

Stock Components Removal
Remove the 3 ribbed clips that hold this plastic piece to the radiator shroud and crash bar. This piece will not be reused.

Big Mouth Installation
The Big Mouth is meant to be tucked as shown below. Ensure that the cradle mounting region grips the diagonal crossbeam. Push the rightmost area up under the headlight and push down.

Big Mouth Installation
Place the mount plate behind the crossbeam and insert of the supplied bolts through the right-side hole. Spin the nut on by hand, do not tighten yet. Insert the other bolt in the passenger side hole and begin tightening both nuts in an alternating pattern, SNUG IS ENOUGH. The body should seat itself as shown below.
