- DO NOT carry this appliance by the supply cord or use the cord as a handle.
- To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.
- DO NOT use outdoors.
- NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
- DO NOT use this massager near loose clothing or jewelry.
- Keep long hair away from massager while in use.
- NEVER operate on a soft surface such as a bed or couch where the air openings may be blocked.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the Neck Massager. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Any repairs to the product must be carried out by a qualified electrical person only.

- Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
- NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
- DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
- This product is equipped with an overheating protection circuit; if the power is cut off, please wait until the product is cooled down.
- NEVER use this product while in bed.
- This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls or who has sensory deficiencies.
- This product is not for use in automobiles.
- This product is intended for household use only.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
NOTE:
Do not attempt to repair the Neck Massager. There are no user-serviceable
parts. For service, contact customer help listed in the Warranty section.
- Insert the adapter jack into the plug underneath the left handle strap (Fig. 1).
- Plug into the power outlet.
- This unit incorporates a wire frame allowing you to contour the unit to your neck. Place a massager on your neck and mold the wireframing to the desired position (Fig. 2).
- To activate the massage action, press the button on the control pad (Fig. 3).
- Press once for low speed, a second time for high, and press again to turn the unit off.
- To activate the heat function, with massage running, press the button on the control pad (Fig. 3).
- To turn off the heat function, simply press the button again.
NOTE: Heat is a mild, comfortable heat.
- Locate the zipper on the back of the unit.
- Unzip to expose the battery compartment, and remove the lid (Fig. 4).
- Insert 4 AA batteries (not included). Proper battery orientation is noted inside the battery compartment housing.
- Replace the cover and zip the back portion up, making sure both zipper ends are touching each other to ensure the zipper is closed properly.
- To activate massage, follow steps 4 – 5 from the adapter instructions.
NOTE: The heat function will be disabled while operating the Neck Massager with batteries.
BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
- Use only the size and type of batteries specified.
- When installing batteries, observe proper +/- polarities. Incorrect installation of batteries may cause damage to the unit.
- DO NOT mix old and new batteries.
- DO NOT mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, etc.) batteries.
- DO NOT dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries may explode or leak.
- If the unit is not going to be used for a long period, remove batteries to prevent damage due to possible battery leakage.
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device before battery installation.
- Remove depleted batteries promptly.
- Dispose of properly by all local, state, province, and country regulations.
NOTE: There is a 15-minute auto-shutoff on the unit for your safety. This should not be considered as a substitute for off. Always remember to turn your unit off when not in use.
MAINTENANCE
TO CLEAN
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Spot clean only with a
soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to come
into contact with the unit.
- DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
- NEVER use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that might or might not be flammable and/or damaging to the product to clean.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user-serviceable parts. For service, call the Consumer Relations telephone number listed in the Warranty section.
TO STORE
Place the massager in its box or in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with
sharp edges or pointed objects that might cut or puncture the fabric surface.
To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit. Do not hang the
unit by the power cord.
12 Month Warranty
Thank you for your purchase. Your new product is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated above, from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used by accompanying recommendations or instructions where provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation. We will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair (where possible) or exchange (availability dependent) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. The business will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and contact our Customer Service Centre as listed below, for the entity you purchased this product from, for any difficulties with your product. Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed to the respective Customer Service Centre. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
