Product Information

The product is an Ajjas device designed for tracking purposes. It has a rubber flap that can be opened to access the charging port and SIM card slot. The device requires a SIM card with data and talktime (except JIO) for proper functioning. It has GPS and GSM LEDs that indicate its status. The device can be controlled and monitored through the Ajjas mobile app. It is important to ensure that there are no metal obstructions around the device and that the logo is facing upward for optimal performance.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Download the Ajjas App from the Play Store or App Store.

  2. Complete the registration process in the app.

  3. Open the rubber flap of the device and connect the charger tothe charging port. Make sure to use a 5V-2A charging adapter for better battery performance.

  4. The device will take approximately 6-7 hours to fully charge.
    It is normal for the device to become warm during charging.

  5. While the device is charging, a steady RED light indicates thatthe charging process is ongoing. Do not disconnect the charger until the light turns GREEN.

  6. Remove the pre-installed SIM card from the device and insert a personal SIM card (such as Airtel or Vi, excluding JIO) that has data and talktime.

  7. Dial the phone number linked to the inserted SIM card. The device will automatically answer the call.

  8. Open the rubber flap again and follow these steps in the Ajjas App:

    • Tap on “Install Ajjas Device”
    • Scan the barcode given on the Ajjas Device
    • Select the use type in the next step
      Note: If the IMEI is invalid, please contact Ajjas customer service.
  9. Make sure the SIM card is inserted properly into the device.

  10. Slide the power button to the right to turn the device ON.

  11. Check that the GPS and GSM LEDs are glowing to confirm that the device is turned ON.

  12. The live tracking feature will start when the device is turned ON and moved for 1-2 kilometers under open sky.

Note: For optimal performance, ensure there are no metal obstructions around the device and that the logo of the device is facing upward.

WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOX

STEP 1

  • Download Ajjas App from Play store or App store
  • Complete the Registration Process in app

SCAN TO ACTIVATE THE DEVICE

STEP 2

  • Tap on Install Ajjas Device
  • Scan Bar code given on Ajjas Device.
  • Select use type in the next step.

Note: If the IMEl is invalid, please contact Ajjas customer service.

SIM CARD SETUP

STEP 3
Open the rubber flap

STEP 4
Make sure the sim card is inserted into the device

POWER ON THE DEVICE

STEP 5
Simply slide the power button to the right to turn the device ON.

STEP 6
When the device is turned ON, check that the GPS and GSM LEDs are glowing.

START THE TRACKING

STEP 7
Live tracking begins when the device is turned ON and moved for 1-2 kilometers under open sky.

Note: Ensure there are no metal obstructions on either side of the device and the logo of the device should face upward.

COMPATIBLE SIM CARD

DEVICE CHARGING

Open the rubber flap of the device and connect the charger to the Charging port.

Note :

  1. The device gets completely charged in 6-7 hours.
  2. It’s normal for the device to get warm while it’s charging.
  3. You can watch the battery percentage of the device in the mobile app
  4. While the device is charging, a steady RED light indicates that the process is ongoing, and it’s important not to disconnect the charger until the light turns GREEN.
  5. Use any 5V-2A charging adapter for better battery performance.

HOW TO CALL?

  1. Remove the pre-installed SIM card from the device
  2. Insert a personal SIM card such as Airtel or Vi. except JIO (Make sure it has data and talktime).
  3. Please dial the phone number linked to the SIM card inserted in the device, and the device will answer the call automatically
    (Note – The pre-installed sim card will not provide voice monitoring.)
