HWAM 4500 Wood Burning Stove
DIMENSION
Mounting the stove on a wall
Place the corner bracket (1) in the corner at the desired height. Allow for a minimum distance of 28,5 cm from the floor to the bottom of the corner bracket. Mark at least 4 of the corner bracket’s 8 oblong holes (1.1) on the wall on each side of the corner bracket. Drill the holes. The wall fittings mustn’t be screwed into a joint in the wall. If the flue duct is connected to a rear smoke outlet, mark the large hole in the corner bracket (2) and drill the hole. Use of raw plugs in steel, expansion bolts, or an adhesive anchor is recommended. Secure the corner bracket to the wall with screws. The corner bracket must be completely level. It is recommended that the cover plate (1.2) should be removed before mounting the corner bracket. Do not attach until the wood-burning stove has been mounted on the wall. Lift the stove up onto the two hooks on the stove bracket (1.3). For proper fitting, make sure that the stove rests securely in the hooks. Then attach the two accompanying 6 mm bolts, one at each side of the stove bottom plate (5). This locks the stove into the stove bracket. Do not overtighten the bolts, as the metal should be able to expand with the heat generated by the normal use of the stove.
