Dear Customer,
You are receiving this email because you have a Genie® Lift Connect®
telematics subscription that will expire soon. To avoid service interruption,
please renew your Lift Connect subscription before the end date. See below for
steps required to keep your Lift Connect subscriptions active.
INSTRUCTION
TO RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS, FOLLOW THESE STEPS
- Review the list of your expiring assets – see attached Renewal Request Form.
- Update the Renewal Request Form with your desired choice and save your copy.
- Reply to this email with your updated copy of the form and PO number.
Following your response, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your request has been processed.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Lift Connect subscriptions not renewed by the assets’ subscription end date will be considered canceled and the telematics service will be deactivated.
- List pricing provided in the Renewal Request Form is valid for 30 days from the time of notification.
- By returning the Renewal Request Form with a PO number you are authorizing Genie to bill the listed aftermarket account for the total pre-tax amount listed on the form.
