Instruction For Use

The odor-locking clamps help to prevent odors from escaping and to keep your nursery fresh.

Refill
Carbon filter

To prepare refill
Remove plastic tab on refill to access the bag and pull out a few inches
To prepare pail
Turn pail upside down.

Insert foot pedal into the compartment. When you hear a “click”, the pedal is set.
Instruction For Use

Remove the cap cover. Insert refill into the compartment at the bottom of the pail. When you hear a “click”, the refill is secure. Then put back the cover. When you hear a “click”, the cover is set.
An additional compartment gives the opportunity to store a second refill.
Place the carbon filter cover.
When you hear a “click”, the cover is secure.
Then, insert the carbon filter sachet into the compartment.
Step on the foot pedal to open the lid, then push the button to lift the rim.
Release the foot pedal. Lift the clamps and reach into the pail. Pull bag upwards from the bottom of the pail.
Pull bag though the clamps, push clamps down and attach bag over the four side hooks. The bag must cover the clamps. Close the lid.
To drop diapers
Open the lid by pressing on the foot pedal. Drop soiled diapers in the pail and slightly push down so they pass through the clamps
To empty pail
Step on the foot pedal to open the lid, then push the button to lift the rim.
**Tie a knot

Pull filled bag upwards and tear it off. Attach the new bag as per the step 7.
- When bag shows a black line, this indicates there are 3 bags left.

Warranty

Diaper Genie is proud to offer you a one (1) year limited warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for residential use only. The warranty is extended to the original owner in USA and Canada and is non transferable. It does not apply to retailers, commercial applications or establishments. The original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims. The remedy under this limited warranty shall be product or part replacement at Diaper Genie’s discretion as provided herein and cannot exceed the original purchase price. This warranty is valid only on products used in accordance with the provided instruction manual. It does not cover products assembled incorrectly or subjected to abnormal use. Product(s) or component part(s) may be required to be returned for inspection and verification. Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper handling, accident, abuse, neglect, or alteration of the product will not be covered under this limited warranty. Diaper Genie will not be held responsible for any direct or consequential damages or injuries related to the use of this product arising from improper use or assembly of this product.
