Product Usage Instructions

Application
The YWF fan series is designed for ventilation purposes and can be installed on various devices. Ensure the fan is used within the specified operating ranges mentioned on the nameplate.

Safety
Before operating the fan, always ensure the power supply is turned off to prevent any electrical hazards.

Installation
Follow the installation instructions provided in the user manual. Make sure to mount the fan securely in the desired location as per the guidelines mentioned on the nameplate.

Fan Start

Maintenance
Under normal operating conditions, the fan does not require frequent maintenance.   • The producer grants a guarantee for a failure-free operation of the fan.
  • The guarantee period is 24 months from the sale date.
  • This Guarantee Certificate is valid only with a receipt confirming the date of purchase.
  • Claims under this guarantee should be made through the authorized dealer.
  • The costs between of carriage to the dealer shall be borne by the pur- chaser.
  • The producer shall not be liable for mechanical damage or when the purchaser makes any construction changes in the product.

APPLICATION

Fan series: YWF are intended for use in ventilation and can be used for installation on other devices. The fan should only be used for its intended purpose in the ranges specified by the nameplate! The fan can not work in the room where the conditions may cause corrosion or explosion.

  • The equipment is not intended for use by the persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities.
  • The equipment is not designed for children to play.

SAFETY

  • All measures should be taken to secure the rotor. It could not be accidentally touched.
  • The installer is responsible for wiring and electrical installations
  • Connections to the mains may only be done by the person authorized to operate the electrical system, after having turned off the power supply.

INSTALLATION

  • Installation should be carried out according to the documentation made by the person authorized to do so.
  • Electrical connections must be made in accordance with applicable regulations according to the wiring diagram located in the connection box or at the fan casing.
  • The casing should adjust evenly to the mounting plane to avoid distortion.
  • Appropriate measures should be taken to prevent reverse gas flow into the room with an open flue or other devices with open flames.
  • For the fans connected to the network permanently electrical installation must contain a circuit breaker in which the distance between the contacts of all poles shall be not less than 3mm.

FAN START

  • Check the correctness of installation
  • Check that the fan is protected from accidental contact with blades.
  • Check that all unwanted objects are removed from the interior
  • Check for leaks in the junction box and connection cable
  • Check that the power consumption shall not exceed the level stated on the nameplate

MAINTENANCE

Under normal operating conditions, the fans do not require maintenance. If you use fans in extreme conditions it is necessary to periodically check and clean the rotor blades and inlet and outlet of the fan. To clean the fan used commonly available cleaning products! Do not use sharp tools that may scratch the surface of the fan casing.

NOTE: All maintenance work can be made only after disconnecting the fan from the power supply.
