Operation Description
Application Range
Hydraulic cutting tool GAZELLE G9646 can cut copper, Aluminum cable up to a maximum diameter of 105mm.
Attention
Do not cut the live cables or conductors.
- Operation Guide
Connect the quick coupler and hose, then unfold the hose. Make sure there is
enough oil in the pump.Pull the lock pin and open the cutting head.
Then the cable /conductor must be positioned in the cutting head which must be
closed thereafter. Keep the cutting head in vertical direction till the cut is
completed.
Activate the hydraulic pump to start the cutting process.
After the cutting completed, release the pressure of the pump to release the
piston the start position and a it will be ready for the next cutting cycle.
Maintenance Instruction
The hydraulic cutting unit has to be cleaned after use and lubricated regularly, especially for the blade; check out the damage and oil leak

**Troubleshooting**
The tool loses oil=>Return the tool to the manufacture. Do not open the tool and damage the seal of the tool.
