Frequently Asked Questions

• What should I do if the indicator light is flashing?
  • If the indicator light is flashing, it indicates that the headset or dongle is not connected. Ensure proper connection by checking the USB port and restarting the device if needed.
• How do I switch between EQ modes?
  • To switch between EQ modes, use the designated EQ mode button on the headset. A short press will cycle through the available EQ settings.
• Can I use the headset and dongle simultaneously?
  • No, the headset operates in either Bluetooth mode or Wireless dongle mode. Ensure only one mode is active at a time for optimal performance.

   • Flashing = headset not connected.
   • = Bluetooth connected.
   • = Wireless dongle connected.
4. USB dongle connection status.
   • Flashing = USB dongle not connected.
   • USB dongle connected.
