Upgrade Instructions
Upgrade Steps
To ensure compatibility, LED display controller V1.4.0 must be paired with VMP V1.4.0. Follow these steps to upgrade:
- MX6000 Pro and MX2000 Pro LED display controllers can be upgraded to V1.4.0 directly.
Operating Procedure
- From the menu bar, choose Tools > Maintain.
- On the Controller page, select the target controllers. Click Upgrade, select the V1.4.0 firmware program file (.img) or .zip file and click OK.
Note
- It is recommended to perform the upgrade using a wired network.
- All devices of a screen must be upgraded at the same time.
- When upgrading MX6000 Pro or MX2000 Pro, all cards must be upgraded at the same time.
Special Note
The COEX platform also includes VMP and receiving cards, which together constitute a complete system. Certain new or optimized features require upgrading the firmware of both VMP and receiving cards.

Version 1.4.0 introduces three new input cards and one new output card. It enhances the 3D LUT and multi-batch module adjustment functions and includes bug fixes.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the issue where the LED screen would display abnormally when the topology width of a single Ethernet port was less than 192.
- Adjusted the all-in-one controller mode to allow a minimum frame rate of 23.94 Hz, instead of being limited to 30 Hz.
- Fixed the screen flickering issue in all-in-one controller mode that occurred when the output frame rate exceeded the screen’s maximum frame rate, by implementing automatic frame rate reduction.
