Product Usage Instructions

License Upgrade Online for SPCevo Controller:

1. Navigate to Hardware / Panels.
2. Select the controller to be updated.
3. Click on Panel Licenses and then on the Plus sign.
4. Fill in the form and accept mandatory checks to obtain a license code.
5. Click on Request License Upgrade and confirm by clicking OK.
6. Write down the license code for further instructions.

License Upgrade Offline for SPCevo Controller:

1. Navigate to Configuration / Company / Licenses.
2. Click on Create Offline panel license.
3. Fill in the form and accept mandatory checks to obtain a license code.
4. Click on Request License Upgrade and confirm by clicking OK.
5. Write down the license code for further instructions.

How to Upgrade the SPCevo Controller License:

1. Establish a connection with the SPCevo controller (local or via SPC Connect).
2. Navigate to Configuration / Advanced / License.
3. Enter the obtained license code and click Save to activate the license.
4. After updating, the new SPCevo controller type will be displayed.

Overview of All Performed License Creations:

1. Navigate to Configuration / Company to view all license creations.
2. Use the search option to find specific incidents.
3. Click on View License to see license details.

Authorize an Installer to Create Licenses:

1. Navigate to Configuration / Installer / Installer Profile.
2. Select or create an Installer Profile.
3. Enable the right Manage Panel Licenses for the profile.
4. Assign the Installer Profile to the Installers who should have license creation rights.

Once a preferred distribution has been selected on the company account settings, authorized persons can perform license upgrades. Prerequisites

• Distribution partner must be selected in the company settings
