Product Usage Instructions

1. Step 1:
2. Position the Rocker Switch Panel Bezel on the right upper part (flat side) of the OBS Dash to use as your cutting template. See Figures 1a & 1b.
3. Step 2:
4. Using the Bezel, mark the dash using the pencil to create your cut line. See Figure 2.
5. Step 3:
6. Remove the bezel from the dash. See Figure 3.
7. Step 4:
8. Use a Dremel or similar cutting tool to cut along your cut line. When complete, use a flat file to smooth the rough edges. See Figure 4.
9. Step 5:
10. Position the bezel onto the dash and install the supplied self-piercing screws. Be careful not to overtighten. See Figures 5a-5d.
11. Step 6:
12. The OBS Dash is now ready for Rocker Switch Installation. See Figure 6.

Tools Needed

• QTY (1) Sharp Pencil
• QTY (1) Power Philips Screwdriver
• QTY (1) Dremel or similar cutting tool
• QTY (1) Flat File

Instructions

• Step 1 Position the Rocker Switch Panel Bezel on the right upper part (flat side) of the OBS Dash to use as your cutting template. See figures 1a & 1b
• Step 2 Using the Bezel mark the dash using the pencil to create your cut line. See figure 2
• Step 3 Remove the bezel from the dash. See figure 3
• Step 4 Use a Dremel or similar cutting tool to cut along your cut line. When complete, use a flat file to smooth the rough edges. See figure 4
• Step 5 Position the bezel onto the dash and install the supplied self-piercing screws. Be careful to not overtighten. See Figures 5a-5d.
• Step 6 The OBS Dash is ready for Rocker Switch Install. See Figure 6
